As I tell Mark during this episode his tune "Jacky's Place" was my ring-tone for a while in the early 2000s 😂. I think we hit it off right away and covered a lot of ground in our conversation. I've probably listened to Dharma Days as much or more than any other album on the planet. I'm so glad you had the opportunity to get some stories from Mark and pick his brain-thank you for sharing the interview with the world. I get excited when you get excited about the things I get excited about. It is fun to hear from other people who love these esoteric recordings and performances and culture. Also, your musical ears are amazing-transcribing Mark's chords on the spot. Thanks again!

That was so good Pablo. I really love how almost reverent Mark seems with regards to playing standards. It speaks to his unique and fresh approach to everything he creates.
