I’m not stealing his concepts at all… I’m drawing attention to them and grateful for everything he’s put out over the years. I don’t at any point pretend I discovered any of this. The whole reason for this video is to show people that the market goes far beyond just flow reading and dealer data. That the tools we use outside of raw price action should be secondary to the liquidity draws, used as a extra confirmation when we don’t have a clear thesis. There are a lot of people that watch my videos for help with Tradytics and other tools I’ve talked about and are still struggling because so many market related videos/guides point people in the direction of lagging indicators like moving averages, RSI, Stochastics, etc. If getting a taste of ICT concepts helps steer them in the right direction to understand how heavily MM’s are manipulating the market, then mission accomplished. The whole reason I did this video was because on my Twitter I’ve had people make comments about his concepts are fake or a hoax when I include them at the end of my dealer data posts, so I wanted to show an example of a day many struggled with to prove how well they work, along with things like Vanna, gamma and charm. I refer people to ICT for price action help every single day. The way I trade is entirely based on ICT stuff with the addition of volume (using volume price analysis, which I also don’t claim to invent) and dealer data to help determine what the daily bias would look like & where key areas are if price alone doesn’t make it clear. It’s concerning that this video gives the impression that I’m trying to pretend this concept was my own so I’ll be sure to do more to call out the price action concepts I use were not discovered by me in the future.
