Is Gama in this context a comparison of the open interest total and put vs call of different strikes compared to other strikes and how that impacts market makers (and therefore resistance); rather than the typical options gama measuring the move for each dollar of the underlying?

How do you determine gamma levels? I understand its highest atm but your chart using it as indicators for resistance and support, how is that calculated?

Definitively needs to study this, I thought red gamma was like a magnet level and positive gamma was like a wall (support or resistance) but I guess it depends on the day and circumstances.

Question: When you're trading options and your plan is to trade 50 or 100 contracts, do you enter that trade with 20 contracts and scale up to 50 to 100 contracts or do you start out with the 50 contracts or the 100 contracts? I know you can do either or, but I'm asking "What do you do?"

That was interesting and you are correct. Every volume profile teacher teaches that the low volume nodes are areas of quick pass thru with little resistance and to look for those areas of support/resistance only at the higher volume nodes. I have to rewatch your video and take note. Thanks!

Im just wondering, are you making the assumption that dealers are long puts and short calls? because if the dealer is short calls, the negative vanna will cause the dealer to buy shares as vol comes down, however it will cause the dealer to short shares if the dealer is long calls. just a bit confused about this and your help will be appreciated. thank you.

Great video! Two quick questions. 1) on days when the weekly and monthly expirations are not the same Friday, you look at both? I’m looking at both right now for a week where Friday is not monthly expiration and they look quite different. When we look at positive or negative vanna are we able to relate them to dealer positions? for example can we assume that negative vanna occurs when the dealer has negative deltas?

Great content on GEX. Thanks for the insight. I learned Something new today on "No GEX" and marking GEX on charts. I am using a python prog to chart GEX for daily or weekly. I will review it for No GEX levels to see top and bottom on SPY. Also, If I see +ve and -ve GEX on a single day, is the top identified by the longest bar in +ve GEX and bottom identified by longest bar in -ve GEX? If so, what does No GEX level indicate? For SPY (close 523) 4/1, +ve GEX is 523 to 530 and -ve GEX is 522 to 512. 519 and 525 have longest bars. The no GEX is between 531-534. So, what is the range based on GEX? Is this what you are seeing for 4/1? Is there a way I can share this for a few days to get confirmation on these levels?

Should i screen for momentum or intraday trend stocks ? or shoud i get some good stocks with a decent ATR and analyse them and stick to them to get a feeling for how they react at the OB.
