People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.

Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian C Nelson.

Love your videos Mark. I don't want to say I regret buying per-se but I regret not having a realtor like you to help. Closed in May of 2022 on a pre-spec KB here in Folsom Ranch and I felt KB didn't do enough for me at the time of when rates started jumping up, incentives were ONLY 10K and they painted it out to be some deal when it wasn't. The house is riddled with floor squeaks/what feels like uneven floors to myself & I'm in a home I feel I am spending more on upgrading and changing things I WISH I had since their design center pre-spec'd ugly/basic finishes (Don't get me started on the cabinets 🤢). They made it seem like the $10K would offset the costs if I need to change anything later but rather I had to use it (and then some) to buy down my rate (VIA KBHS). I could go on - while I am blessed and lucky to be in a home, I regret going KB and not having a realtor in place. The house is okay for a starter home, the sales guy was nice but that was it. Love Folsom though and hoping this isn't my forever home.

RE: 84% comment. I have heard this stat referenced all over social media and twitter. The only way it could be true is if the cost of living increased so much that people are struggling for the basic items needed in life with nothing left for savings or vacations. We use to spend about $1200 per year at Costco that amount is now 3-4x of what it was pre-pandemic. It is so expensive to live now just at the most basic level.

Hiya! We moved into G.R. around Halloween of 2022 and I feel like we got super lucky. There was this lull from say May until September of that year and we literally squeaked in here right before the interest rates exploded. We don't regret a thing---well, other than the heater blowing out that super cold winter of 2022.

I live in Gold River myself, and the only complaint I ever have is regarding the HOA at times.

No regrets after getting record low rate and good home. It is more expense for taxes, maintenance and utilities however the quality of life is way better.
