@Yalashaska Its also training with different purposes. A bodybuilders main focus is the weakest points easthetically. Which means that if you have a naturally strong uperbody and weak legs... well, you have to work on the legs more, vice versa. Tall skinny lifters are ofcourse impressive, I actually got deadlift and squat tips from a skinny guy, which helped me gain some kgs on the barbell in both excercises, and thats... impressive. Strenght and size goes hand in hand in most cases though

Siinä on offseasonilla kerätty kyllä hyvin massaa. Toivottavasti muuttu lihakseks.

He was actually 140kg and 172cm then, incredible amount of muscle packed to a "small" guy..

in this video he had like 30kgs overweight. He is still alive but hes kidneys failed so he cannot bodybuild anymore. He is kickboxer in novadays.. But he is gonna have new kidney, and he told "maybe someday, maybe one more time..." thats kinda a interesting, he was one of most talented bodybuilders so far..

Bodybuilders are known to get fat during off-season in the most cases. Specially if you take time of competing and have time to gain musclemass. They're still in shape when it matters-ON STAGE! And yeah professionals take drugs. No secret there. So no need to flood the comments of every bodybuilding-related video with comments like "he uses drugs" or my favourite "I would kick his ass".:D Keep it clean&nice guys.

Riku kiri was over 190cm tall and benched more than Marko, so off with the weaker structure ;) Well, he was a strongman and Marko is a bodybuilder but still..

I'ts not that the 75's are impressive, it's that he's in the gym day in and day out and I'm sure that's not the weight he maxed out with that day, probably one of many working sets, not just one set of your 75's you did for one day of the week.

@inktoxicated I still don't understand why some people criticize bodybuilders who consume steroids, everybody who has struggle in the gym knows pretty well that without that you get nothing.

Very true, people just pay atention to the weight of the lifter and get impressed by their strength like is the case of franco columbu (not taking anything on him hi was really strong), but I am always more impressed about tall skinny lifters, and not only is the muscle mass percentage , the taller guy has much more distance and a weaker structure

kickboxer my ass... he never quit bodybuilding but he needed to take some time off.. i highly doubt the kickboxing is something he'd do professionally

thats most likely in kg's. he is european. so 80 kgs is a shit load of weight to be pressing by any standard

Siinä on loukkaantumisen riski ku leikitään noin suurilla painoilla. Minkä takia riskeerata? Nostaminen alkuasentoon ja siitä alas ei oo reenaamista, se ei oo se liikkeen idea.

yea and if ronnie coleman stayed natrual throughout his carreer no one woulda ever heard of him. natrual bodybuilding shows are almost as boring as the womens quater turns

you lose some of the muscle. Losing weight isnt all that difficult, maybe to a normal man/woman but to a professional bodybuilder its only a matter of 2-3 months.
