Just to let you know... $21,000 a week on youtube is pretty hard to make unless you're getting millions of views. Although, it also depends on what category you're in. Gaming channels make less than financial channels.

Hi Mark, Davie and you are so far my fav influencers ive ever followed. You are truly wisdom in terms of business all the other young gurus who try to sell us courses. All they do is to tell how easy to make money by doing dropshipping, but they never talked about how important to maintain customers and give great values to their customers. Your emphasis of cash flow and business model that being shared are really healthy and well strategized (does this word even exsited? but whatever..)and beneficial to us in a long run - Cash flow is the king.

Hey Mark, I’m curious about how you’d classify a brick and mortar store as passive income. How much do you pay your employees and how long did it take before you were able to really consider it passive? Loved the vid!

Mark is wrong on #6. Brick and mortar stores are NOT a passive income stream. They are an ACTIVE income, as they require work to consistently generate sales of good and services. Passive income requires you to do little or nothing to generate income. This isn’t the first time he’s been wrong about retail stores being a passive income stream. He did an entire video about his retail business and called it a “passive income”. It’s far from it.

I'm a hodler so take it for what it's worth, but I like VALE. Brazilian nickel/iron mining company (think: electric car batteries) with a very high dividend. Their stock plummeted recently due to natural disasters with their dams in Brazil, I believe, but it's had a nice run up the past few months and I've been seeing some nice returns on the stock in addition to the dividend payouts. But I'm not a financial advisor so please do your own research, or get an advisor

I invest in stable stocks, my rule: if you previously liked the stock, then you should love it at a discounted price. By the way, I googled the lady you mentioned, and after going through her credentials, I can tell she's a pro
