bless this man, honestly i couldnt give a toss how much someone makes, but the pure humbleness from you makes me happy, society nowadays develop egos as they start to make money. got a quick question, do you ever go back to your routes like when you first had nothing? if so can you make a video about it. sometimes i go to my old workplace, sit outside and remember what i used to do.

Hi, funny you should ask that, my old boss is 84 years old and still works in his joinery work shop. Last week he had a job making some really big box frame windows 🪟 I speak to him often so knew he was struggling so I spent all the day helping by him. How’s that for nostalgia. I loved it. Thanks MT 😎

Wow! Decision fatigue is a new concept for me, but it resonates with me a lot. I made the decision to just stick with the same breakfast and lunch at work quite a few years ago and it has served me really well. Both are healthy choices, and provide me with the different types of energy I need at those times of day. And because the food is always fresh it never tastes the same from one day to the next. I'll have to see how I'm using decision fatigue in my general life. Think it might help deal with bad habits as well by thinking about the decisions. I love your channel. Don't know how I found your videos first, but I have found every single one thoroughly useful, and you have a fantastic candid delivery. Love ya work

Hi Mark, Would love to see a video more in-depth on you're experience with burnout and how you manage it. As in how do you spot when you're getting fatigued and what measures do you take to combat them? I know I've been through a similar experience to what you've described (to the point of illness), and it's still a constant challenge - I'm sure a lot of other entrepreneurs go through it too

Very insightful, I always worry that the my $200 of personal weekly expenses as a 24 year old, might be a burden on my family, but a lot of what I spend revolves around improving and bettering myself, e.g. buying useful tools to better my skills in my career, medical checkups, visits to the gym, attending educational courses and seminars, etc. so in the long run, I do believe all of this leaves you in a better state to constantly improve yourself!

Mark! I enjoyed this video a lot, it was actually very funny! I was very surprised how you really don't spend a lot of money on actual food and it seemed most of the major costs were business essentially. I am trying to make more money and spend less now, to pay debt and to save better, and this was a great example of how certain costs (like food) don't have to be so expensive. I just need to work on self control lol! Great video, can't wait for more!

Thank you for making this Video, Mark. I like to drink coffee black too. I do have equipment to make fancy coffee, which I do occassionally, but for the most part black brewed cofffee is my drink of choice. The wagon wheels were a terrible shock, I too had them as a child, and what you have now looks more like an oversized oreo than a wagon wheel. Even as a youth I could observe subsequent wagon wheels being smaller, and I wonder how long it will be before they're indistinguishable from a chocolate dipped cookie.

Hi Mark, awesome vid! In addition to your phone bill, I'm assuming you also have energy and water bills. How much do those amount to? Specially with a bigger kind of house.

If I actually kept track of what I spent every day I'd probably find that I could spend way less and still get by just fine. Some small changes to my spending habits could lead to lots of savings.
