In this video I take a look at a speaker I'm very passionate about - the Marshall Woburn. There are currently 2 generations of this speaker and not a lot of information about how they differ, so I break that down in the video. There's a lot of good elements about the Marshall Woburn I that never got incorporated in the II such as the optical input and the warm tone it delivers. The Woburn II is great, but feels like it's lost some of it's soul. For fun I also do an audio sample against the Emberton and Tufton. You can really tell that the Emberton is not even a close match to any of these bigger speakers! Word to the wise - consider getting the Marshall Stanmore if you are on the fence about the price of the Woburn, it's about just as good and significantly cheaper. For this video I didn't have a Stanmore to bring up but I might do it in the future.
