Its such a great insightful session both in the perspective of questions asked and the multi angle perspective responses. I look forward to more such interactive sessions that helps us to actually question our very skills and approach towards product management.. and helps us divert our attention in different angles in order to be effective and productive and empowered for the role... Your empowered teams model is misunderstood by a lot of product managers and they undermine product designers in their team a lot. Product manager should leave design to designers and not interfere in their work. The. Mindset that design is trivial or a product manager can design should be avoided. Empowered teams model definition of product designer needs revamp.
