Will Maruti's petrol-only strategy work? Or do you guys think a diesel engine is needed at least in compact SUVs and MPVs?

Yes, a diesel engine is must. There are still some consumers in the market seeking for a Mile munching yet Frugal diesel motor.

You will see the downfall in sales just because thay don't have a diesel engine now.... Two of my known were planning to buy dzire Diesel but now both of them own amaze diesel...

I miss the 1.6 L DDIS320 Diesel engine. That was the most powerful Maruti Diesel Engine produced 118bhp and 320 Nm. Moreover, it got a 6 Speed Manual Transmission.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

@@rajsharma840 nothing beats 1.6. S cross 1.3 is slower than baleno and i20 diesel also while 1.6 can teach 3 segment above cars.

Across is a 5 ⭐ rated car in Euro ncap.. For those who don't know.. This car is sold internationally as well.. Ans has best quality.. Price can be little less. Though I don't need Sunroof and only fools buy sunroof. 🤣

Tum bas Maruti ko bolo . Hyundai Tucson jo 26.5lakh on road base variant zero star laaye vo safe aur agar 8.5 lakh ki baleno zero star vo bhi child safety mein usse aage hai vo tin ka dabba

Hi Bro, I plan to buy s-cross. Some of my friends comment that s-cross will be discontinued soon and safety wise it is worsted than breeza. Because s-cross indian model has not tested with any NCAP. I'm bit confused. Please guide me. Is there any upcoming facelift with s-cross? Please advice. Is it worth to buy s-cross?

Most people who comment on the power of the petrol motor.. guess you never driven one.. agreed it's not a performance beast.. if you are looking for performance.. it's surely not the pick.. but does the engine do the job.. hell it does.. is it good enough to overtake in full load.. yes it does.. does it give you competitive mileage for a petrol.. yes it does.. the petrol engine and overall package is a good handler.. yes it is.. is it well built as per Maruti standards.. it's the best in the Maruti stable.. is it costly to maintain.. it's a Suzuki.. it's not if it's taken care like anything else in life.. so for those who miss diesel in this car.. it's a choice.. but it does not mean the petrol is a poor choice for this car.. the engine revs freely and it's more fun for the rupee if Maruti is your pick to start with..the above holds good for the manual version.. automatic sucks out the power petrol engine offers..

Some ch"""ye are commenting 'kitna safe hai' this car has got 5* adult & 4* for child in Crash test, Maruti janti hai indians ko unki aukaad ke hisaab se product deti hai.......this is gonna replace brezza because of its space, dimensions, braking, city ride & built quality........... Vote ke time pe indians ka sense kaam karta hai, they dont hv options isliye modi ko vote dete hain, But car lene ke time sense ko kya ho jaata hai, options hone ke baad bhi wahi maruti ki unsafe car hi lete hain Padosi ko jalaane wali range 4-6 lakh hoti hai but yeh desh ko badalne walon ki range 9-12 lakh waali hai, is range ke buyer ko padosi ki aukaad pata hoti hai isliye dimaag se car kharidta hai

105 bhp frm a 1.5l 4 cylinder petrol engine is just underwhelming at best. Not to mention a archaic 4 speed Torque Convertor AT in 2020 🤦🏻♂️ C'mon Suzuki, atleast a 6 speed Torque Convertor AT, not to forget 6 Airbags

If you see torque to mass ratio and power to weight ratio in s cross and compare to 1.5 creta then s cross definitely excels

@@shaktis6877 Hyundai Naturally aspirated engines are not very exciting as well. Suzuki has better NA engines. Its the 4 speed AT that sucks on S-Cross
