New Canon established in 2014. Wanda (Scarlet Witch II) and Pietro Maximoff (Quicksilver) are the children of Natalya Maximoff (Scarlet Witch I) and an unnamed father. It's possible that in the future the father may be re-revealed as Magneto, but as of now the previous canon relationship does not exist.

@@user-vv1jv5th4e In the new canon, there was a first Scarlet Witch before the current one. I used the Roman Numeral "I" to represent it. Like you can say Hank Pym is "Ant-Man I" and Scott Lang is "Ant-Man II"

It's still Azazel. In the OG it always was. Some alternate timelines tell different stories but this is the most commonly known and accepted. Mystique and Destiny did adopt Rogue later though. She was raised alone.
