Finally, the last guy is Doomsday, a monster created by a Kryptonian mad scientist - they put him on a deadly world and upgraded him each time something killed him, until he got an ability to come back to life on his own, evolving new resistance to whatever killed him last. So now he is an incredibly tough guy with 'kill or be killed' attitude to everything, and a particular hate for Kryptonians. Also, Superman managed to punch him to death once, so his skull is now too tough for that to work again.

Salomon Grundy is like a zombie Hulk - he was murdered and dumped in a swamp that happened to have some weird chemicals in it, and now he keeps coming back to life bulkier and bulkier. Other supervillains use him as dumb muscle.

With Black Adam and Shazam/Captain Marvel (DC), they both say SHAZAM to empower themselves. However, the gods they draw power from are different. Adam's are all Egyptian, Shu being the S in SHAZAM. While Captain Marvel/Shazam's S is from King Solomon. And the other letters are from Greek myth. Like Zeus being the Z, Atlas and Achilles being the 2 A.

Beast Boy is dead in the injustice universe. it was shown in the injustice comics which shows what happened between the game story mode and five years before. Also that's not Caitlin Snow, it's a different Killer Frost.

I DEFINITELY prefer this Bane! His backbreaker is his most iconic thing!

It's so hard to believe this is a DECADE old now! Lots of nostalgia for me, and I feel this no longer gets enough love because it had a newer sequel and everything. The Flash's in this is still my favorite!

You should take a look at DC vs Mortal Kombat (or is that MK vs DC?). Those ending moves are brutal, even the ones that are supposed to be "non-lethal."

I would've loved for Lobo and Martian Manhunter to come back for Injustice 2 because they are so underrated. Also, Black Adam can use Shazam, but he calls for Egyptian Gods: Shu, Heru, Amun, Zehuti, Aten, and Mehen

The white skinned guy you didn't know is Lobo, an alien bounty hunter who was designed as a parody of a dark 90's anti-hero. He is pathologically violent, tough enough to take on Superman in a straight fight, and also a super genius - he is the last of his race because he made a nano-virus for a school project. His comic is as bloody as The Boys, but played entirely for black comedy.

With you on being a Marvel fan than a DC fan I mean this is we’re I got introduced to Lex Luther surprising but I’m a Mortal Kombat fan than a Street Fighter fan so Scorpion is the only DLC I got in the game so he was my favourite

the thing about injustice is since theres characters like superman, some of these fights just don't seem possible but it's really fun anyways, I do personally prefer mortal kombat but theyre both cool games.

So, folks in your chat probably already mentioned this, but black and white KISS guy is Lobo, an over the top intergalactic bounty hunter character. He is insanely powerful in his ultra-violent brutality, and the fact that he doesn't stay dead. He can die, but the first time that happened, he started ripping up souls in front of him to get to the front of the line, so they just expressed him to Hell, where he proceeded to rip his way through that. So they brought him back to life to be done with him. Now, whenever he dies, he just rips someone in two and they send him right back.

This is gonna be crazy.

Injustice 2 quality of supers is so good you should check them. Also the tomestone guy is solomon grundy. Yellow lantern is synestro. And the white tips are basically stun baton ends in a way.

It seems crazy to witness this game still hold up and being a good start of the Injustice franchise, as I hope within two years or how many long we get a Injustice 3 to have absolutely stunning specials. 😄 also get some recurring characters from Lobo, Zantana, Beast Boy and more. As it seems crazy to say that we we so close to get John Constantine in for this game or maybe in Injustice 2 but got scrapped with other magical power characters

Injustice Nightwing is actually Robin, Damien Wayne if I remember my lore correctly. Actual Nightwing is accidentally killed by the little shit and he takes the mantle. Gayson becomes the Injustice deadman. And read the comics if you think the Injustice Superman isn't a monster. They show a fight between 500 resistance members who were just having a meeting and Superman. Superman loses his temper in it. It lasts one blast of heat vision for one panel. And it results in 500 piles of ash.
