We’re in a fascinating era of fighting games. Whereas different companies are striving and putting out their best work, Capcom isn’t where they used to be as a pioneer of the genre.
Street Fighter 5 Champion Edition released with what might possibly be the game’s last bit of DLC content. At this point, the game is 5 years old. Many people, including myself, are expecting something new on the horizon.
With Marvel vs Capcom 2 being the premiere game at EVO 2020, I can’t rule out the possibility of there being a new game announced at the show. If anything, you have to admit that the timing is convenient.
Could we see the next potential Marvel vs Capcom game use the RE Engine? In my opinion, it's definitely possible. The RE Engine has pumped out a handful of games so far, and all of them have been fantastic. I think Capcom has a lot of confidence in what the RE Engine can do!

A Marvel vs Capcom game with the RE engine would great but I wonder how the setting, gameplay and everything will be like will it be dark or colorful.

I would definitely want for it to be colorful. A game that is devoid of a wide arrangement of colors can work for series like Resident Evil, but even Mortal Kombat with all of its grittiness has a great representation of color.

would look great. the problem with a new MvC at the moment is the issue of getting the rights to marvel characters that are now owned by the planet-eating Disney corporation. great content my dude keep it up!

Mvc3 dropped way after the transaction. If anything a new marvel vs capcom under Disney would allow for a full x men & fantastic four roster

I hope to see Marvel vs Capcom 4. With The Re Engine. Of Course. And i hope to see Not Only The Avengers and Guardians Of The Galaxy, but i hope to see X-Men, Fantastic Four, X-Force, and The Eternals. And now Disney and Marvel Studios Owns The Rights Of X-Men, Fantastic Four, and X-Force with New Mutants. And Kevin Feige will Supervise All Content of Marvel. And now With The Return Of Bob Iger he prefers More Quality Than Quantity. Quality is More Times Better. But the Quantity depends Of Copies Of The Game. And i hope to see 30th Anniversary Of X-Men vs Street Fighter to Announced a Sequel Called X-Men vs Street Fighter 2, and Marvel Super Heroes Vs Street Fighter 2 with The 30th Anniversary of Marvel Super Heroes Vs Street Fighter. With Re Engine. Of Course. Thanks My Friend.

If we have a Marvel vs. Capcom in RE engine it will be difficult then if it were just a Street Fighter game cause using realistic face models for both Marvel and Capcom characters that's a lot of money I doubt Capcom would want to spend on face models for every characters especially Marvel.
