Thankfully they got him back to play Black Bolt again, I think Anson Mount did a good job as Black Bolt despite how terrible the tv show was. I think the casting for most of the Inhumans were pretty alright too.

Anson Mount fits the role like a goddamn glove. Not only does he have that neutral frown and mandible that matches Black Bolt, but he has a powerful presence that’s lacking with other superhero actors.

Hell yeah he does. I didn't even expect Blackbolt in the movie based on how Inhumans did. Glad he's back & I also didn't know who played in him. Glad he reprised his role & got another chance. The Inhumans need redemption. They are all awesome & great & hope Ms. Marvel is retconed to be 1. Let's watch Scarlet Witch kill all the Inhumans from the series. That would be hilarious.

Blackbolt is like a challenger jungler in league of legends and Reed Richard's is the iron inter following him around, inting his ass off and stealing his jungle camps while telling the enemy where they're at in all chat. Blackbolt had a shot vs Wanda had "dUrShMaRtEsTmAnAlIvE" didn't give up every detail of his power like a comic book villain.

Black bolt's powers in the TV series is seriously nerfed down. In the comics, his voice of destruction is supposed to shatter a planet, with but a whisper. Here, his power is just a garden variety of sonic scream. But then again, if the tv series remains faithful to the comic book, his scream will end everything in the the show as we know it LOL.

Black Bolt is one of Marvels most powerful super heros. This is a crime against the comics. His voice as a whisper leveled mountains, he destroyed a fleeing armada with a single scream. Has nearly killed thor with a word. He has taken Blows from Thor and Mjolnir, Hulk, Iron Man, and many many super villains. The dude can fly, lift 75 tons, has telepathy and minor telekinesis, super speed, and super reflexes. a shout from him would split Earth like a egg. Inhumans was an insult to every Marvel fan who watched a brilliant possible tv show garbage fired. maybe one day they will retcon all of this. Wow I have never had this many likes before. To me, the biggest disappointment when adapting comics is that due to the sheer power of certain heroes we will never see them accurately portrayed. Black Bolt can fucking level mountains but will never get to see such a feat in live-action movies/shows.

I always thought his power was one of the least convenient because it takes away his ability to just talk. The strong silent type can only go so far and has no real chance of carrying a series. Never saw it actually but if that was brother Maximus it was a great casting decision using Ramsay Bolton, chillingly psychotic.

Thats because he doesnt want to hurt the cops. He cant hurt hulk so he can go all out. These cops really arent super hurting him but like even an adult can be pulled to the ground by toddlers if they dont put up reasonable resistance.

This needed to be a movie. Marvel can make pretty much anything work and introduce it perfectly into their MCU. Just like the Guardians and Eternals, Inhumans could have their own introductory movie. Shame because Black Bolt is one of my favorite characters.

Looks like he has moderately above human level strength, almost no increased durability(or he has a humans tolerance to pain, when getting hit by mere humans and gets thrown around)

I actually really liked this show. The actor that played Black Bolt did an amazing job, even though the sign language was made up, I could still sort of make out what he was saying. Max was another good actor in my opinion. I don't really see why people hate it so much

Let's be honest if this was the real world those officers would be getting arrested for police brutality. 1: The arresting officers didn't even try to talk to the person. 2:They never read him his miranda rights/right to silence (uk/us). 3: They immediatley started beating him up and discharged a taser The only thing they got right was that the police did was ask for backup as he clearly had shown resistance to arrest and had attacked a police officer already. That still doesn't excuse the extreme brutality in their actions, that's one thing the show got right, sometimes I've seen it reported on tv where the police will go too far, like discharging a taser on a 90 year old man.

One of my favorite parts of these discussions is that people may hate the movie, but they love the casting Which means that if they have different writers or different moviemakers that can help make the characters better, it fixes a Lot of complaints
