I would like to meet her one day, even over the telephone. I would like to thank her for coming out so openly about diabetes. She did a PSA in the 70's where she said, "You won't live very well, and you won't live very long if you do not take it seriously." I am so proud of her. She make living with diabetes seem like a piece of sugar free cake. :)
