This iconic dosa, a cherished breakfast in our home, is a labor of love from my Konkani grandmother, who has been making it for ages. Now, we're excited to share the magic with you!
Ingredients for 3 people:
FOR DOSA BATTER:
75g Split Black Lentils (Urad Daal)
165g Rice (Dosa Rice)
2g Fenugreek Seeds (Methi)
Salt to taste
FOR BHAJI:
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Large Boiled, Cubed & Lightly Smashed Potato
3 Medium Sized Onions
3 Green Chillies (Slit)
1 inch Piece of Ginger (Finely Chopped)
2 Sprigs Curry Leaves
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1 Tablespoon Grated coconut & 2-3 Sprigs Chopped Coriander to finish
