figs are very high in oxalic acid that inhibits the absorption of their calcium content into the body, unlike milk or other dairy.

Consistency wise, passable. But not real milk. Milk comes from cows, sheep, goats, horses, camels, and rarely, combination of all.

Philippine corned beef was different to Western ones. Western corned beef were solid due to near absence of liquids. Philippines meanwhile, uses broth to thicken the meat, beef weren't cured, some uses texturized vegetable protein to bulk up the can.

If they are how I think they are you bend the key off then use the end to push up the tab and insert the hole on to the tab and turn it like your winding up a music box all the way around

What do you mean?? oats are not dairy so I have 10x my health by cutting out the cow chow just remember to check the ingredients list on store brought milk because many have added oil and these are not good for you.

The Frosty is often, maybe usually unavailable, because the machines aren't cleaned, except maybe at 30th St. Terminal in Philly.
