I live in Australia, and consider most mass produced American cheeses, like the ones discussed in the early parts of this video to be nothing more than a kind of plasticised rubber with some artificial flavourings to make the people buying than believe that they are eating an actual cheese product. 🤮🤮🤮. Even some of the American products featured later in the video rely on multiple “flavours”. That makes then more of a frankenfood than a natural product. A properly produced artisan cheese should not have any of these such “enhancements”. Such products should be able to stand on their own in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the cheese maker. Any additional “embilishments” are not needed.
