When serving, you can decorate the mashkichiri with fried onions or fresh salad, as I did.
INGREDIENTS (KAZAN 3 LITERS):
Meat - 500 g.;
Carrots - 3 pcs.;
Onion - 3 pcs.;
Mash - 450 g (pre-soak for 24 hours);
Rice - 200 g.;
Zira (cumin) - to taste;
Salt - to taste;
Water - depending on the need of mash and rice.
