Some notes/corrections: -I wrote the wrong SP amount for dusting darkness so there's several correction images in the video. -Red Caps in 7-3-2 drop atk mako stones as common drops, and firaga as rare drops. -Build up 99 of a stat on materia and then transfer the stat over if you intend to convert the stat to something else, stats can't be converted after they hit 100. You can fuse materia into different materia with 100 stat, but not convert the stat from (example) HP 999% - Spirit 100! -A few stat boosting materia turn status strike into status ward including hp up and vit up, it isn't just Spr up. -I dont have the first 4 missions in the fancy materia section since I'm keeping my file chapter 5 (those get unlocked later in the game). I've already used 28 of my 30 save files for different points in the first 5 chapters. I'll get a file at endgame eventually but these video take forever and my playing/testing suffered for them. - Libra is another materia to convert to with decent compatibility, it also works with DMW materia, and you can fuse DMW materia with status strike/ward, not just punches.

Best materia to start with: as early as CH4 Priority: Curaga with 999% HP Priority: Steal or Mug with 100 SPR Temporary: Darkness as starting damage materia with Vit (replace it with costly punch later) Temporary: Hell Blizaga (To be replaced later after getting Super ribbon or Genji shield) Temporary: Status Ward (To be replaced later) Temporary: Status Strike (To be replaced later) Defeat the Tonberry in Mission 6-1-5 Get magic pot in DMW in Mission 10-2-3 Get Adaman Bangle in Mission 7-3-6 Get Brutal in Mission 7-4-6 Satisfy Magic Pot in Mission 7-6-6 to get the Genji Shield Get SP Turbo in Mission 9-2-6 (add 999% hp for later) Finish Mission 9-5-6 for Ziedrich Get Genji Glove in Mission 9-6-4 This build will help you complete most high lvl mission that will help you reach majority of the best armors in game and boss Minerva. After defeating Minerva in Mission 9-6-6 you'll get the Divine Slayer Equiping Divine Slayer, Ziedrich and Genji Shield gives you a boost of 200 stats across all stats (except Luck) (This will be your Endgame set) My final build: Mug + 100 SPR High Jump + 44 ATK Curaga + 999% HP Electrocute + 51 MAG Costly Punch + 100 VIT SP Turbo + 999% HP Ziedrich Genji Shield Divine Slayer 4th slot is free, put either Moogle Amulet or anything you want

I need to do more item Gil and so farming so I can have Costly punch Wall Electrocute High jump Try to get attack spirit magic vitality to 255 and go up 999%. Mp is useless when you have the accessory that doesn’t expend any mp or ap forgot the name. Curaga is useless when you have x potions

I still don't understand how I beat the Super Boss in OG CC with only 150+ materia through fusion. I remember dying A LOT. To the point where I memorized the attacks and could dodge through them. I think it took me like an hour to beat.

Bro i subbed, but help me out i'm lost and wanna get on some kinda track, i'm level 37 chapter 5, i have done 30% missions, i had planned to continue with this build im currently using to complete the game on normal for lore experiences. Current build -hell blizzaga mag+3,steal ap 30%,ap++ 150%,high jump atk+9,status ward hp380%, status strike mag +10, accessories wizards bracelet, adaman bangle,black cowl and gold hairpin, i dident even know i couls flee fights till recently haha im 22 hours in, alot different then ff7 or ff7 remake, never played original, i think im missing a easy shop? I cant buy hp ups, but ya if u find 10 min bro and can discord me or write back here some tips or ideas or directions greatly appreciated. Subd,liked commented =).
