This once-a-month grocery shopping haul covers lots of healthy items such as fresh fruits and vegetables, Thanksgiving prep, freezer meal ingredients, and mega lots more. I didn't need to buy a lot of meat in this once-a-month grocery shopping (AND I realized later I forgot to tell you the meat deal I got 😱...I was able to get 60 lbs of pasture-raised & grass-fed ground beef for $3.69 a lb! Cheaper than the stores right now! I also got about 5 roasts for a deal. This was from a friend of mine who was selling extra parts of their cow when another buyer situation fell through).
