As a culinary student, I know she did not just call the tendon of a chicken a "fillet" 😬😬🤦🏿‍♀️ 2 MAJOR DIFFERENCES sis. For one, what you have right there is fucking chicken breast with the tendon (used for chicken fingers or chicken tenders). Secondly fillet is for fish (i.e. tilapia fillet) or steaks (i.e. fillet mignon). Thirdly, you do not whipe the sauced up chicken off the sides of the casserole dish and proceed to whipping it on YOUR PANTS. You just transferred salmonella onto your clothes and I'm sure you'll sleep in the same same clothes. Girl needs to invest in a kitchen towel or paper towels/napkins.😬😬Also, your veggies need to CONSISTENT in size otherwise they'll cook unevenly.🤦🏿‍♀️Oyoyoy, this would get me yelled at by chef so fast I can't even

bruh I’ll be honest I cook in a similar way to amberlynn only instead of trying to get it to have every food on the goddamn planet, I’m trying to get the most flavor out of the least calories. My recipe for soup would probably make gordan ramsay cry… Hell… it would make one of the chefs on Kitchen Nighmares cry😂 I’ve managed to get that cal count down to like 70. I cut up a carrot (30 cal) , a stalk of celery (10-15 cal), a few spinach leaves (Almost insignificant, 4 cups of spinach is like 20 calories but to be safe I’ll say 5 cal), and then a cup of unsalted chicken broth (20 cal per cup) Oh and a bit of hot sauce because it’s incredibly bland without that. Plus hot sauce burns a little so it’s a bit of a punishment for eating I do also throw pieces of the cut up celery and carrot away if they aren’t even enough (just another way to get rid of some calories)

I'd rather eat her cooking than Amber's to be honest, her stuff doesn't look half bad.
