In this video, you will learn advantages to using Opti-Rough for 2D toolpaths. 2D Dynamic requires selection of edges or wireframe geometry but Opti-Rough allows selection of an entire solid model and then automatically determines the optimal cutting sequence for features. Learn how to program more quickly with less geometry selection and optimize your toolpaths.

Thanks for uploading, this is very interesting! May I ask how you would set up finish toolpaths (preferably with G41/G42 or DIN equivalent) for a part like this? I've been using the "Pocket" 3D toolpath (since OptiRough uses stepdowns) with 2D contour (for tool diameter G41/G42 compensation), but some walls may be left out. I do competitive machining, so toolpath generation speed is very important.
