Hi dear, please don't forget that our life is a journey, everyone needs to get down the train of life that we are travelling, sometimes we cannot control our emotions but time will heal our wounds. This is the nature of every ones life. I lost my parents for whom I am living, then I lost my goal but time healed my wounds. Just think about God how he created you wonderfully with love, how he created everything for you. He loves us. Real and everlasting relationship is the relationship between God and you. Once upon a time, there was a Zen Master who was known for his wisdom and tranquillity. People from far and wide would seek his guidance on matters of the heart and mind. One day, a troubled young woman approached the Zen Master, seeking advice on how to let go of her pain and find peace. The Zen Master invited her to sit beside him in his beautiful garden. He looked at her and said, tell me, my dear, what is troubling you? Why do you seek the art of letting go? The young woman replied, tears willing up in her eyes. Master, I carry within me a deep sorrow. I have lost someone dear to me, and I cannot shake off the grief. Every waking moment I am consumed by the memories and the pain. I want to find a way to let go and find peace in my heart. The Zen Master listened attentively his kind eyes, gazing at her with compassion. He reached out and picked up a delicate flower from a nearby bush and held it in front of her. Tell me, he said, what do you see? The young woman looked at the flower, its petals vibrant and its fragrance sweet. I see a beautiful flower, Master, she replied. The Zen Master smiled and said, indeed, it is a beautiful flower. But tell me, my dear, what if I were to pluck this flower from its stem and hold it tightly in my hand? Refusing to let it go, what would happen to the flower? The young woman pondered for a moment and replied, master, if you held onto the flower tightly, it would wither and die. Its beauty would fade, and its fragrance would be lost. The Zen Master nodded and said precisely, the art of letting go is like releasing the flower. Just as holding onto the flower tightly brings about its demise, clinging tightly to your pain and sorrow will only cause more suffering. True peace and healing lie in letting go. The young woman looked deep into the Zen master’s eyes, seeking guidance. But how do I let go, master. How can I release the pain that has consumed me? The Zen Master gently placed the flower back on the bush and turned his attention to the young woman. He spoke softly. Letting go begins with acceptance. Acceptance of what has passed, acceptance of your pain, and acceptance of the impermanence of all things. Understand that holding on to the past will not change it. It will only rob you of the present moment and prevent you from embracing the beauty that life still holds for you. He continued, Practice forgiveness both for others and for yourself. Holding on to resentment and blame will keep you trapped in a cycle of suffering. By forgiving, you release the burden of anger and allow yourself to move forward with an open heart. The young woman took in the Zen master’s words, and a glimmer of hope appeared in her eyes. Thank you, master. I will strive to embrace acceptance and forgiveness. I understand now that by letting go, I can find peace and heal my heart. The Zen Master smiled warmly, his presence radiating tranquillity. Remember, my dear, the art of letting go is a lifelong practice. Each day, choose to release what no longer serves you and embrace the beauty of the present moment. In doing so, you will find the serenity you seek. And so, the young woman left the Zen master’s garden with a renewed sense of purpose. She embarked on a journey of self-discovery, embracing the art of letting go and finding peace in her heart once more.

When you have actually practiced "letting go" long enough, you will soon realize that you wouldn't be hurt in the first place. Getting hurt is imperative with non-acceptance... of whatever. What hurts you is not what someone said/did, but your own response to what someone said/did. When you have overcome your own responses from hurtful to acceptance, your energy will be spent more and more on acceptance and doing something constructive in a more positive way. Having said that.... it will all be numbo jumbo ... unless you actually practice.... and not try to theorize it. Needless to say, initial steps are the hardest. But, once you taste success in a small way, you will be able to take bigger and bigger steps... to the point where it becomes an inherent part of your personality to accept, without getting hurt. Remember... don't confuse TO ACCEPT with TO APPROVE. You are only accepting a situation, a set of facts. You are not approving anything.

That is a different kind of letting go. Of course if you’re indifferent to lose and accept defeat you may not progress but some are missing the point of the story. Holding on to resentment of events in the past is not the same as learning from the lose of a game, nothing can be learned from continually reliving a past trauma. Living in the past does rob us of the present. No one is going to hold on to the lose of a game but a traumatic experience is deep rooted and must be removed in order to progress.

If we weren’t aware of the suffering we would’nt be watching this. I heard nothing that gave tools to do so. he just focused on the cost of holding on knowing the cost is not enough to set one free. Lastly, it is impossible to let go of pain when you lose someone very close to you.. it takes time to heal. You can’t tear open a scab on a wound. You have to let it farm until it falls off on its own in this world in this lifetime that’s the reality loss healing takes time.

Its hard to let go, I keep thinking about my best friend, she was everything to me. I asked her if we could be more than friends and she rejected me. She said I ruined our friendship, she doesnt want to see me and its been months since I saw her. I miss her every day and cant stop thinking about her.

Every choice we make comes with its upsides and downsides Letting go will lessen the pain for us Not letting go means we fight harder to make things better - it is not about us or our pain, we bury our pain and look to the pain of others and work to make the world a better place Take Hitler - if you lived back in the day in say the US - letting go and living your own life you can have a life of peace But understanding his threat, suiting up to fight against the Nazis, means you might get seriously injured, even killed but that is what not letting go means If you get bad marks or grades in school, letting go gets you peace Not letting go, feeling the pain, will make you work harder, so that you may become a better student When a team loses its game, letting go will make the players happy Not letting go, feeling the pain of the loss, will make them better players, a better team Pain is good for us
