Bill and Troy seem like the responsible Mom and Dad of the band, but Brann and Brent are like the kids that have gone off the rails. Bill and Troy are chill AF, but Brann and Brent seem like they want to party all the time.

My impression of Brent is that he'd rather be at home mowing his lawn and sitting on his couch but grudgingly comes out to tour because his friends in Mastodon need him to.

When I saw Mastodon was doing an European tour I was like "Finally they're coming" yet I was really bummed when I didn't see Istanbul on the list. So I got up, bought myself a ticket to Stockholm and squeezed into the front row when the concert started. Luckily I managed to catch Bill's pick at the last song. Later Brann threw his drumsticks and I had to fight 2 vikings for it, obviously I couldn't get it. So guys please squeeze Istanbul into your tour next time cuz I need Brann's drumsticks to die happy.

i caught one of Brann's sticks at a show in Seattle. it was a comical moment, i promptly slid out the bottom of a giant pig pile and sprinted out of the showbox like they were chasing me. then holding it against the night sky i was screaming like I'd just slain a dragon or won olympic gold... or both! i know its just a drumstick, but to me it's worth $100,000 😁

Such an amazing band! Seen them for the 5th or 6th time (not exactly sure) on January 15th here in Dublin, and they were great as always. :) Got to meet Bill after the show and got a pic with him. Nice guy! I've met the whole band by now and they're complete gentleman, funny too! :'D Roll on the new song/album! \m/

This is a venue called Comerica Theater in Phoenix Arizona. The Nine Inch Nails prop was used when tickets went on sale here two months prior to this video. I guess they had no where put it so why not advertise for tickets until the show.

Stephen Connally I don’t have like inside info or anything 😂 I just don’t think it’s a coincidence that this video comes out now with Bill saying he was going to write songs soon after he gets back to his home life. They teased a new song like 3 weeks ago and usually new music comes out Thursdays and Fridays more than any other days. At least that’s what I’ve noticed in the past year or so on iTunes.
