Ingredients材料:
150g (9 pieces) Digestive biscuits, finely crushed （消化饼干碎）
60g/ 1/4 cup butter （牛油）
500g/18 oz cream cheese (奶油芝士)
110g/1/2 cup caster sugar （细砂糖）
15g corn flour (玉米粉)
3 large eggs （鸡蛋）～ Grade A
200g Sour cream (酸奶油）~ 200g dairy whipping cream mix with 1 tbsp lemon juice （200克动物性鲜奶油加入1 汤匙柠檬汁混合均匀）
1 tbsp matcha powder (抹茶粉）
Crumble （奶酥)：
100g plain flour （普通面粉)
1 tsp matcha powder (抹茶粉）
50g caster sugar （细砂糖）
50g salted butter（盐味牛油）
50g Pistachio chopped （开心果，切碎）
Bake in water bath at 160°C for 70minutes.
用水浴法，以160°C烤70分钟。
