Ingredients:
250g butter （牛油）
170g / 3/4 cup caster sugar （细砂糖）
4 large eggs - grade A（鸡蛋）
230g / 1 3/4 cups plain flour (普通面粉）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
1 tsp baking powder (发粉）
50ml dairy whipping cream （动物性鲜奶油）
125g blueberries （蓝莓）
Crumble (奶酥）：
50g butter （牛油）油
50g caster sugar （细砂糖）
50g plain flour （普通面粉）粉
50g ground almond （杏仁粉）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
125g blueberries （蓝莓）
Bake at 160°C for 55-60 minutes
以160°C烤55-60分钟

This cake was a hit. Everyone loves it and asks for more. My oven took 1hr20mins (80mins) to bake this at 170deg. 2nd rack from below.
