I tried the Matcha Latte from Matcha Stand Maruni when I went to Tsukiji Market! It tasted really good, classic and refreshing Matcha Latte! The Matcha taste is smooth yet strong and blends really well with the creamy milk!

I heard you're supposed to do 40ml of liquid for 1 gram of matcha. So should be 5g matcha, 40ml warm water, 10ml syrup and then 150ml milk. Hope this helps!

My matcha doesn't look as green as that one. It looked like about 2 teaspoons of matcha and 2 tablespoons of hot water? I watched another video who said for every 1 tsp of matcha you use 2 tbsp of water. I'm going to try your style.
