I start with the things I don't like and then move into what makes the 2024 Mathews Lift 33 the best bow they've ever made.

KZfaq reviewers constantly hammers the price of the Bridgelock stabilizers. The Lift still has all the needed stabilizer holes for all other makes of stabilizers. The Bridgelock stabilizers are an option and NOT a necessity.

Yah but every one would prefer to have the b.lock over traditional stabs .. so a higher price is business but so high it doesn't make sense to buy it is.. legal extortion? Forever love Mathews but even if I won the lottery and bought 2 fully decked out lifts.. I would have to consider excluding the b.lock stabs..

Viper makes compatible stabilizers for the BL system for 70-90 bucks so you have the option at a more palatable price point. Still rather have the Mathews bars but that’s more for concentricity than function

You are definitely right about the rinehart targets they are great targets, but if they are cold they are like a brick, pulling your arrows out is next to impossible, but my morrel high rollers and 365 foam targets are the same way. Foam just likes warm weather. I’m also glad you commented on the Mathews bridge lock stabilizer prices they are at least double the price of most of the competitors stabilizers. Thanks for keeping it real, and keep the content coming!

@@mikemehevic5292 I bought GAS strings as well. The Match strings were solid with no movement, etc. But, what I found when I switched over to my new GAS strings, was the draw cycle appeared to be more smooth and, honestly, the GAS strings appear to be much more quiet; not as much vibration - not sure if the Match strings are more stiff or if its something else, but anecdotally it feels better to shoot. Of course, I would not have known this if I did not tinker... :) I've always loved GAS, so going from the factory string to GAS was simply a matter of time. I think you'll find the GAS strings are simply more enjoyable to shoot!

Sticking with Bowtech, I like the "tinkerbility" of the Bowtech. Things happen in the field and I like that, if Im on a long hunt or on a TAC shoot, I have the opportunity to fix an issue or at least get it back to shootable on the spot. I got to pull back on the lift and it is smooth but I still think the BT SS34 is smoother and more bang for the buck. My.02c.

Who's Tim Conner? Is he a relative of John Conner? I agree with u on the draw length. The Prime Centergy & Nexus 4 I'm sending to Prime feel great @ 30". But the only Prime I'm keeping which is the CT-5 which has a stabilizer on the front & the one I run on the bottom through a gripper that goes into the riser is the only one with new strings & cables. It's also feels more like 30 1/4" but I can get used to that with it's hold & draw cycle. It just feels better when I pull through the shot. I'm actually sending the other 2 back to Prime since they don't have a bow dealer anywhere close to me & I'm mostly shooting only recurves now & I ❤ it. Much smoother & natural. I don't miss all that extra weight either since all my hunting exists on the fringes that I have to travel along way back to. Glad I'm using the arborist tricks of the trade or I wouldn't get any encounters like many that are frustrated here in MN. We had over 50" of snow this time of year just 12 months ago. Our ground is barren right now & the forecast is temps in the 40's for the upcoming future. Where the hell r u?😮

@@brandonmcdonald6121 :) the reality is I'm a big Bowmar fan, his technical content is good, and his adventures are amazing as you say......plus he takes the time and effort to share and take us along. I shouldn't talk shit about him all the time......but for some reason it never fails to make me laugh out loud for several minutes :) maybe some of that's the doobie....maybe some of it's knowing there's a super hero out in the the forest whacking every critter he crosses paths with! Ahhhhh fuck, laughing again over here....

Oh hell what was the one the one before the V3 or the v3x I can't think of the name of it it's still hanging on the wall and I'm telling you right now I will automatically pick up my BowTech SS 34 I haven't shot the new one I still will pick up that SS I think it is the best bow absolutely hands down but we all like different stuff I want my bow to draw from point A to point B and stop I do not want to feel no dump into the back wall at all and that right there I love about the modulation of the 34 is because you can tune it to that you can move the stops you can flip the cam module you can do so much and put that new time Block in the group thing and blah blah blah I mean they've done stuff that nobody ever has to be able to tune the bow perfectly to you and make sure it hits arrow for Arrow is amazing great job as always Brandon good to see you brother

The lift 33 is tac driver. The draw force isn’t as bad as the 29.5. I didn’t reviews on my channel and had a lot of the same observations, but the lift did not finish at the top of my rankings for this year. Hoyt killed it with the HB XACT cam.

I don't believe having a module system like that maximizes efficiency on the cams. I've got a Bowtech RPM 360 set at 26.5" (but measures 27"), 64#, and shoots a 325 grain arrow at 306 fps for me. I don't shoot that light of an arrow for hunting. My hunting arrows are 390 grains and they still shoot 285 fps from this bow. This bow may be 9 years old, but it's got rotating modules, and is one of the most efficient, smoothest drawing speed bows I have ever shot. It's also just as quiet, if not quieter, than the Lift.

I’m with you about the grip. I’m really curious about the mods as well on the Mathews. They are saying going from 85 to 80% let off is going to have a 4 ft./s increase. If that’s the case that’s insane. I’ve never had that happen with any other bow I’ve shot.
