Bleepinjeep will be leading a trail called "The Ledges" at Trail Hero in Sand Hollow Utah on Oct. 5th 2021 so we recruited Matt's Offroad Recovery to help show us the trail. Since BleepinColt or BleepinMatt have never ran it, we looked to local help. Funny thing is MORR Matt had never ran it either, so he recruited Paul from Fabrats, who also had never ran the trail! We reached out to Kevin and Brittany from Lite Brite and they sent us some coordinates to at least set us in the right direction. Join the fun watching the MORR-Vair conquer the trail and all the shenanigans that happened throughout the day. Big thanks to the Matt's Offroad Recovery Gang for being so hospitable and helping us get our bearings for Trail Hero 2021.

I’m always really blown away by these little XJ’s, doing almost everything these custom built rigs with 40 inch plus tires and V8’s are doing, maybe not as graceful, but still getting it done.

I have one of these little xj's at the rusty end of its East Coast life. All I need is to find a good body 99 to 01 style? I don't envy much but watching Matt strip that banana and seeing all that gleaming metal, you don't see that back here in the east.

@@dmelson7502 I’ve got a 2000 that the rust is starting to take, I’ve been on the hunt for another for some time, but the prices have gotten so bad. I bought mine 9 years ago and the body was MINT (engine had a knock and I knew it was going to blow) and I got that one for 850 bucks cash. Hard wheeling and Minnesota rust have really taken a toll on my old girl.

@@tylernutter7738 mine did some time dipping a boat in and out of the Chesapeake Bay. Various fluid weeps have preserved the front of the Jeep to the back of the front doors, beyond the passenger doors, sadness. And they don't build them like they used to.

@@dmelson7502 the rockers, and rear body panels are starting to go in a pretty bad way, on mine. I’ve also got a good amount of trail damage to the rest of her. New rockers, doors, and rear panels and she’s 99% rust free. After that it’s getting quarter panel armor with fender flares and getting wrapped. I’d like to keep her going for another 10 years.

@@tylernutter7738 I definitely feel your pain. I just picked up a 96 which immediately blew but I'm harvesting the 33 1250s, two smittybilt bumpers and other goodies. It pretty well looks the way I've always wanted it to since 03 and I'd really like to get another decade out of it. Lack of cruise control is the main fly in the ointment.

First... love Bleepinjeep channel. You guys rock. Second, as a fan of both MOOR and Fabrats loved seeing Matt and Paul having fun. Third, being a XJ owner, I loved seeing Rudy working his. It seemed to me that comparing the Moorvair to Rudy’s XJ was equivalent to comparing Arnold Schwarzenegger to Franco Columbo. Both awesome, but in different ways.

I have to admit that when I saw this I thought that it wouldn't show me much I hadn't already seen on Matt and Paul's channels. Boy was I wrong. This was brilliantly edited to tell a story. Camera angles were chosen to enhance that story. I just subscribed because of the genius of this. This was so much more than either of their great videos. Thanks a lot.

Every time I watch you guy out rock crawling it make me think of my husband. He would have loved watching you. He would have loved to be able to go out with you guys rock crawling. He was a god shade tree mechanic, wielder, carpenter etc.. Most of all he was a good man with good morals like loyalties to family and friends. He would do anything to help someone who needed it. I think he would have fit right in with your bunch. Keep having fun for as long as you can and I will keep watching. Maybe one day I can come out there and see you guys in person and watch you do some crawling.

Over the years I have competed in many disciplines of Motorsports, in one way or another they all involved speed. Nothing near the technical difficulties that rock crawling demands. It's obviously a very social sport, by involving your whole family and friends it covers so many basis and you are all pretty competent at it as well. Hugely impressive.

The video with the lady on the honeymoon trail confirms that I get out there. It's all about tire placement and knowing your truck limits. if I do say myself I'm a good driver.

I have been wondering why the tire size on the Moorvair was chosen to be what they are assuming it was several reasons that were considered. I knew some of the reasons; clearance, gearing, surface area. Seeing it in action like this with other body styles and tire sizes shows how good of a job they did with it.
