He’s not kidding, he really is this big of a snowflake
@kw12133 жыл бұрын
@@Goy_1Da The real reason he's this careful is because of his past testicular cancer and how much pain he went through with that whole process. He does come across a little snowflaky, but it's hard to blame him when you know what he went through. I can imagine not wanting to take any chances ( even though i don't think there would be any crossover potential in his case).

Seeing this makes me happy for Tom in how well he's been doing after getting hit hard with the Pandemic Worry. He had testicular cancer... clearly had an effect on how he was thinking about everything. Have to give the man some empathy, and respect for how light-hearted he was trying to stay to keep the laughs about it going.. he was fully aware of how crazy he might've seemed.

@@goatpepperherbaltea7895 It was! But having cancer before when you're already (clearly) a certain kind of neurotic/in your own head like Tom Green is... lends itself to health worries for sure
@davidswanson5669 Жыл бұрын
@@CLR1992 I don’t know where you’re at in life but for me, transitioning from just a newly wed, pre-pandemic, to a father of 2, post pandemic, my personality changed dramatically. I used to be a whole lot more flippant, self-centered, and arrogant. Right before the pandemic, I was arrested and falsely charged for making a terroristic threat (investigators didn’t believe me that I had used the word “shoot” to mean “filming people”, and wanted a jury to decide what I meant), and since I was innocent I was a total jerk to the investigators because they were not listening to me. The pending trial included not allowing me to have a gun, so when the pandemic hit, and the summer of riots started heating up, I felt like I had no way of protecting my family. Fast forward a year and the charges were dropped before trial day approached. I got my gun back, and got my job back (was let go after the initial arrest), and from then on I realized that even though you fully are in control of what you mean/what you say, you aren’t in control of how people are gonna react to it. Sometimes I’d feel like “screw them for not understanding”, but once you have a family to provide for, you kinda don’t have a lot of latitude to mess around. I know Matt was a dad by this point and he seems to be fine getting wild, and that’s great, but I can at least understand why Tom would look at these younger guys and feel the need to offer up some cautious wisdom.
