Once me and my friend were absolutely wrote off and made a 3 course bagel meal, we first had to liberate the bagels from my house while my housemate slept and then cook it at my friend's; she was moving out soon and had deep cleaned the kitchen and apparently it was like a bombsite the next morning!

Yep. First I thought I saw it wrong so went back to check and indeed I saw correctly! Salmom! I laughed and thought “maybe there’s actually a recipe included with this and it’s not an accident and some marketing person that it’d be clever to call the dish Salmom & Rice not realizing it’d get used it the infomercial and the person putting in the type just copied what it said without realizing it. But then those who saw it thought it was a typo and so either didn’t buy it or they got lots of phone calls and letters letting them know about the typo.” And as someone who has worked at two different call centers I can only imagine what that was like! Caller: there’s a typo in your tv ad Operator: okay what is the typo Caller: it says salmom instead of salmon Operator: okay I’ll make a note of it. Would you like to place your order now? Caller: nah, I just wanted to let you know there’s a typo! Lol

I bought this twenty years ago and used it for years. My favorite thing to make was the stuffed soup. Basically a can of soup mixed with some box stuffing mix. It doesn't sound good, but I promise it is!
