Thank you Matthew! This video helped me so much to feel good about myself and validate my feelings in this situation. It relieves so much stress to know what to do and what not to do. I love the visuals, like the concept of the cat. I love the advice to live in a space of being high value and be willing to walk away and not take that because if I just stay around, he’s not the problem anymore, I am at that point for taking it. I can acknowledge that it was painful and give myself compassion for it but then basically be an advocate for myself like I would for someone else and say hey let’s get you into a better situation that you deserve. I also appreciate the idea of not looking outward on the whole situation but looking inward and finding a Takeaway for next time regarding how my behavior could be refined to have a different result with the next guy. I love to own my power and live in abundance. I know what it feels like to be in that space but I don’t always know how I got there or how to stay there. Any advice on that? 😊

The thing is you meet a guy that just has it all and you've never met someone like them before though you're 49... and then you totally lose it, you feel so insecure that every of your steps, words and actions plays against you and they can sense it and treat you anyway they wish... and they months later come back apologising and you think you might actually get them back but you blow it again... until you come to a point that all hope is gone and whether you like it or not you have to walk away... I'm a Christian, so I have given it all to Jesus cause all my efforts were so wrong... The man I love might never come back and I will need to be ok with it.
