Saw this i immediately thought of Ed! “I asked an elderly man once what it was like to be old and to know the majority of his life was behind him. He told me that he has been the same age his entire life. He said the voice inside of his head had never aged. He has always just been the same boy. His mother's son. He had always wondered when he would grow up and be an old man. He said he watched his body age and his faculties dull but the person he is inside never got tired. Never aged. Never changed. Our spirits are eternal. Our souls are forever. The next time you encounter an elderly person, look at them and know they are still a child, just as you are still a child and children will always need love, attention and purpose." ~ Author Unknown

We have plenty of men, and we don't need anymore. We need our women to be women, and do women things. Thats the problem with the world people have lost there way, and don't know their role. Women have been lied to for the last 50 years, that they are physically equal to men, and they clearly are not. We had a lot better society back when men did men things, and women did women things.

So kind of a cool relatable story, i live up in beaver and back in like 2010 I got the chance to get my great grandpas 50 something willys pickup that had been parked for roughly 40 years, it was one of those “if you can make it run you can have it” situations. I get down to minersville to look at it and there’s a tree growing up through the floor boards and a branch going out each side window 🤦🏻‍♂️ a little sawing and a couple tugs from the xj and it came free, flat towed it back to beaver into my high school shop, quick fluid change, spark plug change flush the fuel tank and boom I’m the owner of a 50 something willys 🤷‍♂️😂 I let it sit for a few years when I moved away for a while and now I can’t get it to start again. But watching all the tow truck videos and this one has given me a little inspiration to go tinker with it again

Great job on the welding of the trailer Lizzy. You are very fortunate to be so lovable and have so many mentors like Tom Tom. As a tradesman myself I've always said that the more skills you have the better off you are. You will never worry about making a living or depending on someone for a job. My theory is that if you are living right you will be taken care of. The phone will always ring with someone wanting you to do something. I started going to work as a employee at the age of 9 and have never had a lack of work and I'm in my 60's now. Matt, thank you for taking us along on your journey and sharing the good and bad. That's one of those trips to never be forgotten by the three of you. Stay safe healthy and happy 👍

I'm from the UK I went to buy a patch to yelp with the awesome charity work you guys do. Being terminally sick I know how much charities really do help family's loved ones out, in times of hardship, but the shipping was 5xs the amount of the badge so its gone into the donations. Why do I live in the uk. I'm gonna have to bite the bullet gotta can't spend money when im dead gotta something for myself . LOVE THIS CHANNEL from your number 1 fan from Truro Cornwall UK

Metal fabrication, cave exploring, a cute puppy, and a VGG style "can a feller get it to run?" all in the same video? Love it!

Matt you are a very wholesome creator. I love that you actively help your community by not only pulling them out for free some times or donating large money to your community projects even though you could keep all of it.

I became addicted to your channel because of the scenery. Now I get to see in my stomping grounds. I live on the other side of the state, but have had many a camping trip in the Black Hills of South Dakota.

Tucker, as a guy who has owned two too many Honda Civics (by which I mean I've owned two Civics) you need to get that head hasket fixed right. And by right I mean you need to plane the head and the block when you do the job. I kept putting off the fix on my first Civic. One of the pistons hydrolocked and bend a rod. That trashed the rod bearing. That trashed the crankshaft. So I bought another Civic so I wouldn't waste all the tuneup parts I bought because of the tuneup I was going to do. Did I mention that the car died on a Sunday and I planned to start the head gasket job the next day? Get that head gasket replaced before you're calling for a tow.

I know its super expensive but aluminum diamond plate instead of the wood would look killer on the "Mini Nugget" trailer😉

Hi Matt, I just want to thank you for showing the ins and outs of the barn find CJ. I have a '56 CJ6 that I just started fiddling with that I didn't know had left handed lug nuts. But, not all of the driver side ones were lefties! Only 4 on the front, and 3 on the back were. I was super confused till I remembered this video. I would have broken more than a few of them without this bit of knowledge. Thanks! Shawn

I remember a few years ago, I was working at the 'red' auto parts store when a co-worker came up to me with a customer in tow. My colleague says "My customer wants to know if we have a bearing packer...?" I looked at them for a couple of seconds, and in a rush of smartassery, I sad; "Hell, you've got one at the end of each arm!" Then I had to give a lesson, lol!
