'Greater manchester' - like that is a huge area, 600k in bolton is very different to 600k in stockport.

In Wythenshawe you can get a house just like this for £250,000 - £300,000. The area has a reputation for being 'rough', however it's situated RIGHT next to Manchester Airport (10 minute walk) so I can see house prices rising massively in that area in the years to come.

Its overpriced as hell. £600k can get you a similar sized house in Bucks, South East. Another case of a former new build taking the piss with prices.

I prefer to live in older homes, but love looking around any houses! This actually seemed a bit quirky and more interesting than many newer properties, with unusually shaped rooms - thanks for giving us some escapism at a time when we can't go out and look around for ourselves!

I actually really love this property! It feels so well staged and cosy but also spacious in the right areas. The owners have done a great job on the design :) Wouldnt pay more than 500 for it though :/

You can get a bigger house made out of Yorkshire stone with a far bigger garden in a countryside village in West Yorkshire... it’s insane how much people for houses in this country... Can get a 2 bed Victorian terrace 2 minute walk from the countryside for probably less than £120,000. No wonder working class families struggle to get on the property ladder.

I like the kitchen well enough. There's plenty enough counterspace for canning and pasta-making. I'd describe it as galley-style, but the walk-way is generous.

You guys should do like a north / south divide series showing what you get for your money in the north and south locations of the UK ie what you’d generally get for 250k up north and down south and then like 500k up north and down south for example :)

I live right down on the south coast in a small town called Lee on the Solent. It is a goldmine really and vastly underrated and upcoming. Beautiful seafront properties. My parents live near sandbanks and I think Lee has future potential for this! Come visit I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I liked the gas hob in the kitchen. Good storage. Love the led vanity mirrors in the baths. Big plus the wood burning stove.This house is considerably more inviting than others recently featured.
