Some things have changed with the 2023 iteration and I make sure you know everything that is different. I will go through what the best tanks are, how the abilities work and what the best abilities are for you to take.

Good video. A couple of counter points: I think the mode only charges you once for consumables, the extra vision, accuracy and dpm pays for it easy and you don't pay again for re spawns as I recall. The arty strike is good, but, it misses a lot, the airstrike is better IMHO as you can look at the main map, select an area with a cluster of enemy tanks getting farmed and splash them with a stun for big assistance. Best tanks are: start of game Astron Rex, good depression with a turret that bounces a lot with no gold spam. First spawn you don't have to go far and it has huge burst and you can repair/reload with low speed. Second spawn KPZ 07 as it's fast accurate with big dpm and the HE is awesome in this mode with all the soft tanks, good depression. Third spawn is progetto, better HP, good accuracy, burst is decent but you can't use it much due to dpm needs of the mode it does well because it doesn't die as much. I've survived on one progetto through the entire mode without getting killed even once....but death is an option here so have fun and kill everyone you can lol

The first time I played this mode was about a few weeks after I initially started playing WoT I only had the CS-52 LIS and a couple of Tier VIII rentals from the beginner mission stuff, and I spent most of the battle watching from the spectator's camera because I kept dying since I was trash Now I am slightly less trash, and after the first couple matches where I tried to play the objective and decided it was pointless, now I just try to farm damage (and have gotten General a few times, which is good for my soul) Always nice to see a high 6 figure sum in terms of credits earned

Used to play the FCM 50 t back when the reserves were class-based. It made the FCM 50 t awesome. Now, just play most of the meta tanks and a few others. Usually focus on playing tanks that have a good damage-to-shell cost ratio. The cheaper the shell is and the more damage it does; the better.

@@majdichabbeh Shrek also has good HE, normal shells cost a lot. BZ-176 if u have it.. Pantera 44.

@@majdichabbeh Depends on your playstyle, but I do have a few recommendations: Lights: Senlac, HWK 30, M 41 90 GF, LT-432 and EBR 75 FL 10. Mediums: Bourrasque, CS-52 LIS, Kpz 07 RH, Lansen C, M4A1 Rev, Progetto 46, Skoda T 27, T-44-100, T-54 mod. 1, T26E4 and TL-1 LPC. Heavys: 50TP pr., BZ-176, FCM 50 t, Gonsalo, KV-5, Skoda T 56, T26E5, TS-54, VK 75.01 K. TDs: Skorpion G, ShPTK TVP, Vipera, SU-130 PM, Ka-Ri and WZ-120-1 FT. All of these are great for gaining credits, some of my personal favourites are in the, but they are not the best of tanks. Those are: M4A1 Rev, Skoda T 27, FCM 50 t and VK 75.01 K. All of the others besides those listed above here ^^ are good to go for and are great premiums unlike the 59-Patton and AMX CDC. Those tanks are excluded.

just use autoloaders, no reason to play regular tanks. autoloaders are just broken in this gamemode

Max, great tips and I agree with everything you mentioned. I would say though that once you have General Rank, and 20 mins have passed in the battle, trying to win does matter, as winning gets you double the total XP/Crew XP/Free XP and more than double the Battle Pass points. Its not that one person can generally make a huge difference to the outcome in most FL games, but I do try harder in the last 3 mins to try and secure a Win if I already have General (so I can make the most amount of XP).

Hi! I think, it is not correct that you earn the same credit if you lose. There is a +% if you win, like in random battles. I didnt read in any WGs news, that they said the credit is the same on lose or win.

Im pretty sure you're correct about this. As I recall the only advantages of winning vs losing are the credits.

If you have like 10-15 minutes left on the boosters jump into a random battle and you will still have a few minutes left of the boosters to enter a frontline battle. But you added 100k or whatever from a random battle.

It's also a good time to grind as many tier 6s as you have, to get battlepass points, as a lot of good players are busy with Frontline. Don't take the tier 6s past 90 points though, as you can boost your score when on the extra promised chapter for a reward tank, by getting to the 100 points and get the 15 bonus points.

Because of the respawns and the very good credit earning potential, I just do not care about the point of not firing gold ammo or using food. Im here for a good time, and the worst thing that could happen is I die and have to wait a couple minutes for a respawn, so I feel 0 guilt for playing my tanks the way I want. Granted, I also enjoy off meta tanks a lot like the KV-4 KTTS, Caliban, and M41D, so I feel even less shameful for using some premium stuff to begin with. But that aside, I appreciate how straightforward your explanations are in this video and that you emphasize the biggest aspect of the mode: to have fun while grinding credits.

Favorite mode. Epic games on large maps that allow for tons of plays and flanking . Even mm. Love ❤️ me some FL. It’s simply how the game should be played. Not the 3 min wot simulator on postage size maps that are too small and tight for the speed of the current vehicles.

question: in enginering it says " increased protection" and values in seconds, when does it apply in the battle? cant figure edit. rocket booster while useing recovery zone, do they come back?^.^

Don't know if you get notices on old posts ? or even get to read them ? BUT if you do, Just have 1 Question .. So it it pointless to take like the ELC Even 90 / Lt-432 etc. does spotting not work/help in this mode ? can you not rank up with assistance damage ? Is it beter to just take MT, TD's, HT's ?? Thanks if your do by chance get this !!

It does count, works the same way as randoms I believe, however you can get a spotting plane and there are not really too many situations where you can get loads of spotting. Which is why most of the time it’s better to just go for damage.

unfortunately FL is *still* broken. There is still no penalty for entering a captured zone and farm the attackers as they spawn in their "safe"zone

My take on Frontline is that the "regular" meta is irrelevant. As you do not get spotted from an Elc hidding in a tiny bush all game, hull down meta doesn't matter so... just farm! Bonus point if you take your autoloaders or autoreloaders for a spin as dumping a mag on a giant map allows you to escape and reload while the bonus points for a commander means better behaviour and shorter reload time. If you use inspire on yourself, you also have a shorter magazine reload so... just farm 👨🌾

This mode is so heavy for my computer, need to downgrade it to minimum graphic to make it playable. I hope to get better PC

Really don't understand how you got general with 7k damage. I had a game with nearly 10k and didn't even make Major. And it's not like I was TD camping or nothing it was pretty much all damage dealt while contesting points

It's just seems random. I've had times where i got general with 7 to 10k damage and other times I can get almost 20k and just barely get captain

Premiums helps given how you get more credits but it's also dependent on how often your dying in it. If your dying alot then you repair cost is gonna eat into your profit pretty heavily.

You should tell honstly that this gamemmode is useless for all that do not have Progetto 46, Bourrasque, EBR, ELC. Our latest general making 17k damage - 15k of them with Progetto and EBR. Rest with LP 432 and Pantera. That is normal - play with op pay2win autoloaders or ignore this mode, because you will not gain anything.
