Mainly because you have vengeance dh already but also their utility lacks relative to others. Ret and rogue both saw a lot of maps

The ToT was 100% "we don't practice this dungeon, we get a vanilla run in there, so others have the option to lose against us" And I think it is not even a bad idea.
