Very impressive, good design. On the website the track looks pure aluminium and actually a lot higher quality. Is this the replacement of the track on the website? Either way think it is worth getting , just think the pure metal looks more classy.

Thank you! The track is still the same aluminum, but with an improved, easier to use push button design. But now it's anodized painted in cool charcoal gray that specifically matches the MAXPRO holders! :)

Is there any way you guys could include drywall anchors for added strength? So we do not have to drill into a stud

I’m sorry Andrew the wall track MUST go into the wall studs to be able to withstand the pull forces of the maxpro. Drywall anchors would not be strong enough

Instead of using the door mount (which requires strapping and unstrapping), can I install the SlimLine Track on a door? There's really not a good location in my house to install the SlimLine Track on a wall.

The wall track is designed to screw into a single wall stud, but you bring up an interesting question. We can not guarantee your proposal would work, but we assume it depends a lot on the construction of your door.. is it a solid door construction or hollow/laminate type.. this would make a big difference on the ability of the door to hold the forces put on to the wall track screws during maxpro use

Hate to ask but just want to confirm before purchase. Does the slimline wall have it's own separate brackets that arrive with the slimline wall?

Yes, the SlimLine Wall Track system comes with it's own pair of brackets.

I noticed in your example towards the end of the video when it was completely set up the unit didn't rotate back equally. I hope I'm making sense - the left pulley (when your standing in front of the unit) snapped back while the one on the right didn't. I've read online that some people are having this issue. Would this be under warranty if I purchase it and am having this issue? If we open the unit to try and fix it, would that void the warranty? Also in the future would you be selling parts for repair? Hello CT, good observation! Yes you are correct we had some early product that had the rotating covers hang up a bit, but we have resolved that issue now with our new cable assemblies. However, if you have this issue still occur, it would be covered under warranty which is one year from date of receipt. We also have a 14 day money back guarantee. Lastly, the maxpro is designed to have the cord replaced by the user, so to some degree it is acceptable to open up the maxpro by the customer, without voiding the warranty. We will have replacement cords and some other spare parts for sale in our online store in the near future. But the cord should last well over one year. Does it have to sit flush against a wall? Or can it be put on two wood strips with a space between the track and wall?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out. The unit will need to be sitting directly on the wall for the Slimline Wall Track system to be correctly installed. The middle cross-section is designed to use the wall as support; otherwise, it will cause instability while working out. Can I assemble the wall track outdoors. We live at the beach, on the ocean, and it can get misty from the water. Will that hurt the wall mount unit?

You can do that. But we don't recommend leaving the Wall Track outside. The Wall Track was designed to be used in interiors..

It’s made of aluminum, so rain and sun shouldn’t damage it.. but just need to watch it for any kind of deterioration

Is this the final version of the SlimLine? When traveling, do we need to remove the brackets or does the SlimLine come with its own brackets included?

Hello. The SlimLine track is a permanent solution and is not for traveling so the brackets that come with the SlimLime track will not be removed. The EZ Mount Door System is the travel system and it comes with every MAXPRO order (with separate brackets).
