​@@darkphoenix2 yes, correct the enrichment part is that they have to "work" for treats. Keeps them busy and their minds sharp. They are muuuuch happier this way. There's more videos here that show how much effort Maya puts into making it "hard enough" and always different. Think of stuff like "throwing treats for your kitty to hunt after" or "hiding a bone for your dog in the garden".

I'm assuming they were repairing more than just the bumper, probsbly some internal stuff was broken as well

Enrichment as in making their lives more rich (exciting, fulfilled, complete etc). It can be anything that improves the animals welfare or quality of life. It usually refers to anything above the bare minimum. For example interesting foods to keep their diet varied or toys to physically and mentally stimulate them. These balls for example are a bit awkward to eat so takes longer for the animals to go through them and they have to actually think about how to eat and their reward for engagement is interesting food. In a more common example, playing fetch with your dog is enrichment, giving your dog a bone is enrichment, taking your dog on a walk is enrichment. Giving your dog a couple of meals every day is not enrichment, its basic welfare.
