What a fun time. Thanks for the tour of the town. We went to town for food but missed all those cool places. So very honored to be in the mist of so many great friends.

It was so cool to meet you and Kelly and everybody else, and get reacquainted with some we had already met. What a fun meet-up. We hope to be able to join everybody again next year. We enjoyed Mt. Airy (Mayberry) too, that was also a lot of fun. We thank the two of you for hosting the nightly campfire sit-ins, what a blast. Great times, for sure! :)

Hi friends. You guys always have the best tips. No more stink bugs for us. Chloe and Sophie were big fans of the sharks-tooth necklaces. Wasn't this an amazing time together? We really enjoyed getting to meet these incredible people! Glad you caught that jaywalker. "Citizens Arrest." lol! See the real Floyd's was my favorite. Thank you for sharing! The meet-up was a blast. That was a fun time, with fun people. I'd say the barber shop was the highlight of the town, very cool. And, there were some very cool things to see and do. He was very welcoming and great story teller.

We like KOA's too, but don't stay in them as much as state parks or Passport America. They're a bit pricey. This was a great meet-up with some very cool channels. I thinks everybody had a blast. Lots-0-fun. :)

Cool dryer sheets- interesting 🤔 We are so that the driving borders are still closed- both this meet up and Quartzite a bust.. But the candy looked sooo good Cups look awesome Wallflowers are always the BEST.. Well- we are booked for next year at least.. Yup that downtown area looks cool... pork chop sandwiches 🥪.. really .. interesting Love « DUAL » purpose at the barbershop 💈 he was sooo nice. The sheriff’s’ office was so well staged

I lost count of how many awesome friends you met there at the campground. We felt like we were there calling out all the names. Bob is still shy in the barbershop 😆 what an amazing place. The old cash register with mechanical buttons for counting caught my eye. The courthouse typewriter was huge 😀 Another interesting Vlog Bob and Debbie 😍🚐 Happy New Year 🥳

Counting us, I believe, there were 26 channels at the meet-up. That was the original cash register in the barber shop, how cool! This was a fun meet-up. Some very good people were there. :)

Good morning Bob! I lived not too far from Statesville, Huntersville, NC. Dryer sheets and peppermint! Good advice. I wish I could have made the meet up. Love the hat, I'm a hat person. Oh wow! Great job Debbie and Bob. What an awesome assembly of KZfaq channels. You've seen more Mayberry attractions in three days than I have in 30 years around here, although I have had a pork-chop sandwich at Snappie's, (I didn't really like it and don't think you missed anything there). Try not to get arrested for J-walking and have a great Christmas. We got a dusting of snow this morning and I fired up the wood stove. You two stay warm and safe, and have a great 2021!!!

Stink bugs yep we use peppermint spray for them and mice. Those candy necklaces and cups were sure a hit with everyone at Mayberry as lots of folks showed them in their vlogs. It was so fun to see your video on meeting everyone🤗

That looks like it was so much fun!!! We had a chance to go to Mt. Airy about 3 years ago. It was great to see so many of those places from the TV show. I did get to try the Pork Chop sandwich. I really don't even like pork chops that much, but it was delicious! Thanks so much for sharing!

I love this video! It was so wonderful to meet you two in person! We thought you’d ordered the shark tooth necklaces, but it’s so need that you found them at a local candy store along the way. We love our BluWave cups. In fact, we used them just this morning. Wow a $5 fine or a night in jail for jaywalking?! Sheriff Bob is pretty strict! Don’t worry, Debbie; we’ll come bail you out!!!

Think it's so awesome that you got to meetup with so many different channels at one time. What a fun time. And exploring the town is a very cool bonus! Whoa whoa....pork chop sandwich?? We wouldn't be able to leave until Jessie got one of those lol. The barber shoppe is a must stop. The old pictures from the show are super cool to see. Love the old cars. Oh yes and the jail is a definite must visit!! Think I'd pass on the cucumbers, though lol. Looks like you guys had a great time! Oh and I do hope you guys had a very Merry Christmas!!

Hellooooooo BluWave! KOA is too rich for my blood... lol. Stink Bugs? Eeeeewwwww. Dryer sheets? Interesting! Good to KNOW! Peppermint spray? Interesting, Camper Life. Heading to Mayberry!!!! Sharktooth candy, we got some of that. :) Those BluWave Cups are awesome. We have two of em. :) Soo cool seeing all those channels! We didn't actually tour Mayberry itself.. :( . No famous Porkchop sandwich for ya'll. Cut that hair at Floyd's, Bob.. lol. Wow 1929! Amazing! I would have loved a picture with Floyd. Great picture of Floyd on the wall there. Wow hair cut 25 to 50 cents. What a great spirit in that barber shop. What a great video!

The tour of the town was so much fun! Floyd's was the highlight of the town visit. We enjoyed ourselves a lot there. The meet-up was epic. Some many awesome people with great channels. The dryer sheet work pretty good. But we found out about them a bit too late. We were killing stink bugs for weeks. This meet-up was a lot of fun. Great people with great channels. :)

Happy Holidays you two!! Have to keep that in mind for the stink bugs. Angie puts peppermint in a cotton ball and we have those in our storage areas to help keep mice away. Looks like Mayberry was a fun time, we are looking forward to the meet in Quartzite in a few weeks. 👍 Fun tour of Floyds. OH Yeah, Bob is the new Sherriff in town. Happy Birthday, Bob! Thought I had seen this video, but somehow missed it. Great tip about using dryer sheets for Stink Bugs. Cool cup you guys gave away and awesome Shark Tooth Candy Necklace! What a great video, Bob & Debbie! I was grinning throughout the entire video seeing you meet so many awesome people at the Mayberry Meet-up. I laughed out loud when Debbie jaywalked to see the Mayberry Sheriff's car, and Bob yelled "Citizen's Arrest, Citizen's Arrest!" I thought of that immediately when Debbie started across the street. Lol. Very interesting tour of Floyd's Barber Shop and talking to the son of the original Floyd. Funny when Bob gave Debbie a jaywalkaing fine of $5.00 or a night in jail. Haha. I thoroughly enjoyed this video, Bob & Debbie!

Great video for Christmas!! Night in Jail... being locked in the rv w bluwave on burrito night? Floyd's was great, especially his son being a storyteller. Definitely putting a good barber straight razor shave on the needs to happen list...I've heard its really the best shave there is.

It's a TV show from the sixties. They still play the reruns these days. It's an all time American Favorite. Andy Griffith played Sheriff Andy Taylor in the show. I've seen all the episodes more than once. :)

Spent 4 years checking out TX then finally moved here to FL in Aug 2019. So much beauty in the US and so many places on our list to check out!

@@BluWaveOdyssey after living in CA for 39 years then TX for 4 and back to FL I definitely can't see moving. Love being back by the water and so much to do outdoors here especially great campgrounds. Love visiting other States but really love how laid back it is where we are in FL. You just can't beat being able to see the sun rise and set over water in the same day in my opinion ❤

There I was in person. lol I love Floyd's Barber Shop. His son does an amazing job telling the stories. The boys are a real band called The Dillards. They are one of the top bluegrass bands ever. I am sure Sherriff Bob there can work out something in trade for the jay walking with you Debbie. lol This place was so cool. Everything I wanted it to be. Thank y'all for coming. Great video. My favorite parts are the ones that have me in them of course. lol
