1. The shift throw is a little long but I can live with it 2. I can park it just fine 3. I can accept that criticism 4. I don't see the point of this criticism. If it's really an issue for you, you can always get a few Mazda stickers or something 5. I bought a 323f by choice. For me the MX5, at least in the UK, is too common for my taste. It's not special enough. The 323f though? Perfect car to suit my needs.

my 323F gtx does have the mazda logo inside and the steering wheel feels like a stressball but it's sturdy enough to stay together no matter how much you twist it

you can install a honda short shifter, its about 10-20 usd on ebay. the throw is long, but the shift feel is fenomenal on theese mazdas, and about on any mazdas. try driving something like a wv golf 3 or a bora, you will miss your mazda in about no time :D

Can you give me a link to that short shifter? I just bought a 323f 1.8 the other day and I already want to change the long ass gear throw. Other than that, I love the car.

I drive a Mazda lantis daily and I totally freaking agree!!! Mines auto though (not by choice) so I don't have the gear problems

The 1.6 astina. Auto hatchback 2002 model 323 check the rear sensor on the throttle body that can cause fuel hesitation remove hose and block it leave the air flow sensor hesitation will stop but you need to replace fuel filter inside the tank , the sensor who is plug on the hose on top close to throttle body that is responsible

Maybe you could try installing a short shifter mod. If the gearbox is good, it is a waste that the shifter has such a long run between gears

How many kms do you get with a full tank? I get about 200km (where i live it is stop start traffic jams all day long with the a/c on)

I get about 600 km with one tank. I don't have AC. The buttons are there, but the system has been removed or never installed at all.

I think i got almost 900km with one tank, or i just forgot to reset my trip meter between refuels. Usually 600km with one tank.

Nice F, is that a 1.5 or a 1.8? I've had Fs since 2001, I'll never love anything else as much, valid points, but live with it for twenty years or so and I dare you to find anything better, I currently tun a 2.0 V6, modified a bit I'll grant you, but whilst not the fastest car you can buy, is by far the most engaging for the money and my V6 was £360 😁 let me know if you want to see it 😉

You wouldn't be too interested in my instagram. It's mostly me doing car stuff, photos of cars, car meets, car repairs, roads, classic cars, you know... Car stuff :-P At 1:31 ahaha the gear shifter is really that bad. I love my car, but that thing is really horrible and not user friendly.

How much fuel does it consume per 100km? Basically miata's, E30's, etc are getting expensive everywhere. BTW I've noticed that you look a little bit like Mr. Regular. :D

Right now it's using 8-9 litres to 100 km CITY. I mostly do city/town traffic. It also has a misfiring problem, so that could be hurting the fuel economy. Do I look like him? But how? You can't see my face in this video :-P

Oh, I forgot. The misfiring is caused by an Ignition Lead Cable that is different from the rest and has too much place on the plug's springs. When the engine shakes, say when shifting from first to second, it misfires, causing the car to loose power and stutter if I don't let my foot off the gas. It's really annoying when going uphill.

5 you can use polyurethane swap it 4 true it fu*k true i want corner guide but it rare to find oem 3 it not bad i love this so softy 2 agree 1 you know in thailand new car price 323F v6 abs type R it over 1 million THB but MX5 NB ABS MT = 8xx,xxx THB
