Great review uncle. Another upgrade they have for CKD version is the more advanced adaptive LED headlights. It can automatically dim a part of the lights when there are cars in front instead of just turning high beam on and off. And they finally giving the stop and go function to the car. I do wish they would bring these features onto the Mazda 3 as well in the future.

love that they added more features for the top spec. it would be perfect if they also threw in the Bose sound system, or at least have it as a paid extra. somehow Malaysians almost always miss out on good sound systems.

I think it might already be a Bose, but I am not sure. They also need to keep the cost decent. We already getting commemts from some keyboard warriors, possibly from competitor sales advisors.

Hi uncle YS. Do u think the CX30 or the new HRV turbo drives better, seeing that u have driven both of them? Appreciate to share your thoughts as i am in a dilemma on which to get.. And thanks for the great videos once again :D

The HRV turbo has a bit better power, and has a cvt. The mazda has a bit less power but has a 6 speed auto.

The CX30 is the best quality and premium build. The Cross is possibly the most reliable, and the HRV Turbo would be the most powerful

Nope same comments in the US market . You're not alone. This model was first released in China 4 years ago or more before the US then here.

It looks like shit ….the panel should be the same color as the body except the front and back but the side same color as the body

@@YSKhongDriving correct, moreover all the crossover/suv are full of plastic on their exterior bodywork.... bmw/countryman/audi/gla merc... etc. I own this car here in Italy and these plastic cladding are very useful to protect the car and especially during parking. Anyway Sir, you're a great driver.
