Is not tier one but it felt pretty good to play something I built myself.

For example, she allows spright starter to combo into a voiceless voice end board: Spright starter gets blue, Blue gets jet, Jet gets spright double cross, Overlay for gigantic, and summon diviner, Diviner send trias, Link 2 for I:P and set the double cross On the opponents turn, use double cross to reborn diviner under i:p, Diviner send arc light and get the sauravis ritual, Trias tribute diviner, Diviner summon Lo, Lo sets the voiceless trap, Trap shuffle the ritual from hand to deck to get the non-ritual sauravis on field, When your opponent activates a card, sauravis returns to hand and summons Skull Guardian, You can also go I:P plus trias to make S:P

People told me Swordsoul and Mannadium wouldn't synergize when I was playtesting combining the two decks. Visas can use its effect on any of the Swordsoul names meaning even if we get ash'd or interrupted for a negation, we just keep going as if nothing happened. Its funny using Chixiao to not search for Longyuan but to banish a trap to get a token on board which is a valid target for Visas or can be used to access Crimson Dragon.

One time I topped locals with a version of Virtual World that was designed to turbo out Slifer with The Revived Sky God. The combo went through Beatrice and Nothung to use Angel of Blue Tears to set RSG from deck. Beating Spright with this god tier meme felt incredible. It made for an interesting deck profile too.

in 2013-2014, I was playing 7 axis Fire Fist. You use Onslaught of the fire kings (the spell from the first FK structure deck) to pull out either FF boar (fire locked lv 4 tuner) or Raven (bad lv 3) to help you do either 4 or 3-axis plays, but, in situations where you have one in your hand already with onslaught, both combined become Black Rose Dragon. Also, Raven can be revived by Debris Dragon, which lets you go into BRD and leaves you with a Fire Formation after the board nuke. You now go tensen and use your second normal summon for bear and have a free board to get bear advantage.

Bystial S-Force, Nightchaser and Pla-Tina summon from banished, which you can just get to from the Bystials, because apparently every single S-Force is either light or dark.

here's my version since i dont use twitter that often, gizmek naganaki on the gy and small world. you can technically search 2 gizmek (or any card with gizmek-like stat/typing) card with 1 small world since naganaki allow you to add banished facedown machine monster whose atk equal to its own def. pot of desire also kinda works as a draw 2 + add 1 card if you're lucky with the cost

Back when the World Legacy archetypes were still getting support, one of my buddies got really excited to build Crusadia, but couldn't figure out what to fill the deck with outside of the engine. Upon reading how the ATK transferring effect of the links actually worked, my brother gave him Dogoran the fire kaiju, and I gave him The Dark Door. It was really funny seeing the guys at locals not know what to do for the one tournament after we crafted this masterpiece.

My synergy is a fun link spam + fusion into clock dragon to mill some of the deck + link into clock lizard + re fusion summon into clock to mill the whole deck + use Starliege to add back levianeer + special summon levianeer to then ss catapult turtle + catapult turtle tribute clock dragon.

So, as someone who loves Dark Priestess of Ohm, my favorite deck is "Lair of Darkness turbo bullshit". Play Lair of Darkness. Special Summon Mother Spider Splitter Norm Lilith. Tribute Mother Spider for her effect. Tribute Baby Spider for its effect. Xyz Summon Number 35: The funny Pumpkin Spider. Xyz Summon 35 into Number 84: The juicy Watermelon Spider. Use Baby Spider in the grave to detach 35, special summon it by paying half your life point. Durint the end phase, special summon 2 5000/5000 tokens with Lair of Darkness because you tributed 2 monsters. Lilith quick effect: tribute a token to set whichever Virus you need and have a free token to tribute to activate it, as well as 2 succulent looking spiders.

A very stupid combo in Timelords of all things was Ritual Sanctuary and Obliterate! What you would do is summon time maiden, sac her for her effect search a timelord then normal that guy, usually the one that burt if you drew Next during the oppoent's turn you would flip obliterate, to dump CONTRACT WITH EXODIA as the cost to bounce a card, which now means after your timelord disappears in the standby phase, you can use rituao sanctuary to shuffle back Contract with Exodia, to revive your time maiden and search again

I noticed that swordsoul is a pretty small archetype that doesn't do to well in the current meta because it doesn't do enough. Mo ye also draws a card so i figured, why not mix it with runick. Runick draws cards, provides synchro material, adds extra interruptions, and pairs decently with the abyss swordsoul via the field spell. The deck is decent and got me into master rank in master duel a couple seasons ago despite the runick nerfs

Subterror Guru + Z-Arc is one of my little casusl combos. If you set and then flip summon the Z-arc you summon off of the trap he doesn't get shuffled back into the extra deck and gets his effects. Thanks to Crackdown I learned these types of rulings.

I've done a lot of weird/bad synergy in my time but I think the two most interesting are one from duel links and one from like a high powered progression series thing I did with a bunch of friends. On release of salamangreat in duel links I used a fire fist engine to make horse prince while also setting up the fire fist counter trap and then horse prince summoned gazelle and I could then full salamangreat combo on top of that. In My progression series thing I decided to start playing gadget around when edison wouldve been and found that since black rose dragon and goyo guardian were probably the two most impactful cards in my collection I could play lonefire blossom to get to nettles because we were playing with erratas so goyo needed an earth tuner and also lonefire enabled me to play debris dragon to get to black rose easily and in addition to that I played a single copy each of mystic tomato and sangan so the lonefires could effectively also get me to a gadget or debris dragon if I needed it and that deck actually crushed for the about a month I played it before switching to playing that plant engine in a crazy synchro monarch deck I found afterwards

There was a point in high school where me and my friends mainly played on ygopro outside of school. Because they got cards on there in weird orders there was a period where I had a Normal Pendulum deck that had a gameplan of dumping a Deskbot 001 to the grave and then getting two Dragong into the hand or face-up ED to fulfill Deskbot's summon condition. While I don't think Trish was unbanned yet, I could make an endless conga line of Mist Wurms, and the existence of Cloudcastle meant tons of Rank 9 access, including Phantom Fortress Enterblathnir which is basically Trish at home. Qlipport Scout eventually enabled Synchro 10 and 11 access, so it could make Leo, the Keeper of the Sacred Tree and Star Eater. Probably my favorite Jank deck I ever lab'd myself even if it only really existed in a weird state on YGOPro.

Runick and all the magic muskets! They let you activate the effects of the muskets and let you draw 3! Also you can play forever. Gotta be one of my favorites to stick together.

The Water Dragon ruler does everything you need in a Crystron deck, send a monster from the hand and deck to the grave, and next turn you can use it for a big synchro. Also you can banish it with Citree, get a level 9 Machine synchro and add another Ruler

Vampires only have 1 worthwhile hand effect. Which is Fraulein. This means you lost very little by playing the Morganites. You can gain much more with Time Tearing during longer games and the double summon makes up for immediate losses you might incur from losing access to Fraulein since vampires need lots of normal summons.

"Gizmek Uka, the festive fox of fucundity" works well in Red-Eyes. It's a level 7 and does burn damage per summon, fitting right into Flare Metal strategies, and you can special summon it with its own effect if you use the Black Stone of Legend and Red-Eyes Soul. If you opponents has a dark monster when it is summoned, you can summon a Black Stone or Black Meteor, or Black Metal Dragon from your deck. If your opponent has an earth you can just summon copies of itself, stacking on the burn. You can also summon any barrier statue , but this generally doesn't come-up. You just gotta go based on the match-up. It also works well with the new Metal Morph cards, allowing more ways to summon the Gizmek at will. Time machine can also summon it back and if your Red-Eyes Fullmetal is up, you get the board wipe if you want to justify playing that trap.

One of my favorite decks to play a couple formats ago was Ogdoadic Generaider, you can use the effect of Zohah the Ogdoadic Boundless to bridge into the generaiders if you found the field spell, and Jormangandur/Boss Fight can rip 2 cards from the opponent when you have both Harr and Aron the Ogdoadic King. The deck was so ass but man was it fun.

Back in my Dueling Network days when I was still learning to play the game, I felt unbeatable for pulling off the Secret Village + Sorcerer Of Dark Magic lock so your opponent can't activate spells or traps. Easily outable and a pain to pull off but man, did I enjoy doing it.

I played a Dragon Exodia deck back in the day with pre-errata Future Fusion. If you reveal Five-Headed Dragon and pitch 3 White Stone of Legend and two other Dragons, you then add 3 Blue-Eyes to your hand, thinning your deck by 8. It was neat in theory but you had to draw the one-of FF and none of the 6 Blue Eyes and White Stone for that to work properly. 😅

Oddly enough Cat's Ear Tribe is bugged in Ultimate Masters 2006. Apparently the developers didn't program the computer opponent's to factor in the effect of this card when making their battle calculations. So you can literally just slap this monster down and equip it with an Axe of Despair and watch the computer run into it repeatedly.

T.G. Limiter Removal is a 1 card for a full board Generaider set up. Feildspell, Laevatein, and a free draw so you go hand neutral. I have already said too much, ok bye.

I’ve tried cooking with Tour Guide in modern Lightsworn builds. Summon her to summon Fiendish Rhino Warrior from deck, link them into Cherubini, Rhino sends Archfiend Heiress from deck to grave, which searches Weiss. Then, use Cherubini’s effect to send main deck Minerva from deck to grave for cost, then mill 1 extra card. Congrats, thanks to Tour Guide you now have. Weiss in hand to combo with any Wulf or Felis you drew, and you have a name in grave to special summon Dragonling from hand. In a pinch, you could instead sent Vision Resonator off Rhino to search Crimson Gaia and another Vision, so you can combo with any level 6+ Darks you summon later.

The inner mechanisms of dire’s brain fills me with so much joy and I really want to meet them one day. Also ask for me, one of my favorite things was to summon a Despia (often tragedy, or dramaturge,) to the field, set branded banishment in my backgrow and just wait for my opponent to summon a big gigantic light or dark asshole, and then immediately flip it, assuming there’s no negate obviously Free masquerade and or free masquerade plus dramaturge.

I found the Card Scanner tech in runick on release of the card and ran it at locals immediately after it released in AGOV so I was super happy to see others had picked up on the strategy synergy it had when it started showing up more in topping lists during the FK Snake Eye vs Stun Wars this spring.

This isn't a bad synergy. But I just like how most people ignore lair of darkness and predaplants. It is surprisingly strong!

4:32 ngl i used this combo ALL the time in DevPro back in 2017. one of my greatest moments was against superheavysamurai. i had a Rank up Phantom knights launch and a soul shave force in the grip with 300 Lp remaining, Opponent had Ninja Sarutobi and Big Benkai and 900. My turn, draw last strix Activate Soul shave force to Bring out ultimate opponent uses sarutobi to blow the rank up card up and win i think its over only to see the grave light up, it was raidraptor readiness i use it to avoid the damage, get big bird out use last strix and Launch to make raging and blow up the field ulti end turn effect gives me the game

So, one of the ways to gain advantage in Metalfoes is by sending Combination/Fusion from the field to the grave, usually by Magicians' Souls effect. If you're really coping though, there are other cards such as Airspace - Area Zero, the Golden Lord, Anteatereatingant and Emergency Provisions. Also the deck can really easily pop face up cards to trigger destruction effects. One of the more interesting ones is Speedroid Hexasaucer, which can be searched by Terrortop. Last but not least, promethean princess is a huge boon to the deck. Rank climbing is easy since Mithrillium is a floater. Popping your own cards can trigger Orichalc, Counter and Azortless' scale effect. In Master Duel, princess can revive Electrumite, whose pop effect is a soft opt. Also, all your monsters are FIRE attribute.

A Pokémon one: The Greninja from Detective Pikachu that has a 50% chance of not taking damage, paired with Memory Energy so it can use Frogadier's attack that gave you another 50% chance of not taking damage, and the Greninja Break that let you drop 60 damage per turn with its ability... It was such a dumb and annoying deck in Expanded. Dropping a bunch of damage and never getting knocked out. (Plus, Life Dew so your opponent didn't take prizes even when you were knocked out!)

In plants Evil Thorn + the lvl 1 Aromage in hand and Jasmine in deck ends in an extra Normal Summon, a draw and a plant search with two bodies on the field.

Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force lets you take an XYZ monster and rank it up into another creature with the same type and attribute but two ranks higher, with no restrictions on names or *original* type/attributes. Epurrely Plump is a Rank 2 EARTH Fairy. The lesser-used effect of Predaplant Verte Anaconda lets you make a monster become DARK. Ghostrick Angel of Mischief is a Rank 4 DARK Fairy. When Ghostrick Angel of Mischief has 10 materials, you win the game on the spot, so a 9-mat Plump turned DARK (there are probably other, better ways to do this than to make Verte) with a surprise Astral Force wins instantly. Is it good? No. Is it funny? Absolutely.

Sacred Beast and Eldlich. Level 10s and Continuous Traps

Recently I turned gold sarc into a rota for dragonmaids by banishing the dragon rulers. I also found a way to actually use blaze, supreme ruler of dragons more than once by combining it with sun god heliopolis: summon blaze, use his effect piping himself and one on your opponent’s side, use his gy effect to bring him back, summon sun god (I use the Horus cards for this, but any rank 8 deck can obviously do it) use its effect popping blaze and one on your opponent’s side, blaze goes back to the extra deck, xyz summon blaze again, use his effect popping one in your hand this time, and now you’ve gotten three non targeting pops with the total cost being a discard and two banishes

7:21 the real tech for Junk Warrior here is King Of The Skull Servants. Course it requires you controlling a King. But Wightprince is a Junk Synchron target. Which can bin more servants to boost further. And Junk Synchron can use any of the many level 1’s to make armory arm if you wanted

Damn, i wish I could have responded to this thread, but the comment section will do well enough. To put it simply, Black Garden in Ancient Gear. It actually does a lot for the deck, primarily with going first, which gears normally struggle a lot with. Here's the combo with black garden and either wyvern, or frame: Normal summon, add advance, activate advance add catapult, tribute with advance, draw 1, activate black garden, activate catapult pop advance, summon tanker, tanker summon wyvern or frame from gy, pop black garden with tanker, then link off into ballista, add geartown, pop geartown, summon dark golem from deck, and add 2 of anything you need. Also, you can save your normal summon by just starting with advance, and, if you have it in hand, it's pretty easy to activate urgent schedule turn 1 as well. I usually go get a magical hound and a bullet train to make psychic end punisher, or I just get gizmek the immobile intellect and another dark golem, link them off for i:p, then use the gizmek in gy to summon back dark golem. For going second, black garden just gives you a bunch of small attack targets for chaos giant, which is really easy to get to in this deck.

Sad I missed this cuz I did this one on Dueltaining In Libromancer, you need to draw a Ritual Monster or a way to get to one in order to be able to do your plays, but you also don't want to play more of them than you have to. I love Relinquished, and figured out a gimmicky deck that turbos out Millennium Eyes Restrict by summoning Tour Guide, getting Sangan off her effect, linking them off into Verte, then using the Sangan to get Relinquished to hand cuz Relinquished Fusion doesn't fuse from Deck. Then I realized that all that costs is your Normal Summon, so you can theoretically do all of that in Libromancer (but waiting to actually use Verte's effect at the end of the turn), thereby turning Tour Guide into another starter for the deck that adds a unique piece of interaction to your end board.

Kaiju and Ashened has some synergy with Ashened for Eternity. Throw in Volcanic Emission to summon Volcanic Doomfire and you get even more funny stuff going down. (This is god awful, but it's funny if it resolves)

Aleister the invoker can use gate guardian pieces in hand as fusion material, and since the pieces go to the GY from hand, they can still be used for combined. Spare copies can also be used to buff the attack stat of the gate guardian fusions. Magical meltdown also adds an extra field spell for ancient fairy dragon (from the herald line) to pop to search labyrinth wall shadow or vice versa, and said field spell can be discarded by magicians’ souls for draws before being replaced if you don’t have the AFD line. The downsides that make this moreso fun than good is that aleister is still a worse normal than diviner of the herald, is less safe to normal into an ash than labyrinth heavy tank and e-HERO prisma, and you basically HAVE to cut important ED cards to make space for the invoked fusions you want to run instead.

Ok, Thunder Dragon deck, You get your big Thunder Dragon monsters on the field, Spright Elf in the extra monster zone and a copy of The Calculator in the GY. Spright Elf special Summons The Calculator to the field and gets a massive attack power. But wait, there's more! Then you play XYZ Align, targeting two monsters on your side of the field and declare level 12 on Calculator and a lower level monster. From it's own level now it's atk is 3600 alone. If you can get 3 Titans (level 10), and 1 Duo or Colossus (now at level 12) on the field: The Calculator is at 16,200. If you wiped their field and forced out their hand traps, they are burnt to a crisp. I've only done this in Solo mode, but it's so satisfying to watch

My favorite was mashing Terrorking Salmon, the Phantasm Spiral cards, and the Monarch cards together. Terrorking Salmon is a normal water monster so almost all the Phantasm Spiral cards work with it. And Terrorking Salmon has 5 stars and 2400 atk and 1000 def, which has identical stats to all of the 1-tribute monarch monsters, so all the Monarch support works for it because for some reason they check based on atk and def and whether or not a tribute happened. And Pacifis was constantly creating a token for me to tribute summon the Salmon, and Summoner's Art made it fairly consistent that I could find my Salmon when I needed to. It wasn't very good, but it was fun. It also lost value when Skill Drain became unlimited because The Monarchs Erupt was this deck's Skill Drain that could be played back when Skill Drain was on the Ban List.

My favourite masochist combo: terrifying toddler of torment, a normal rarity with the flip effect of sending a fiend from the deck to graveyard. Pitch soul scissors, it has the graveyard effect that when I monster is destroyed you can special summon it and destroy one monster on the field. So it means TTT is just a man eater bug where you get to keep the bug on the field.

Here is my @Ignister combo. Normal Summon Achichi or Pikari. Doesn’t matter as they both get you to the same place. Achichi will add Pikari to your hand. Link away the Achichi for Dark Infant. Dark Infant gets you their field spell. Activate the field spell and special summon Pikari. Pikari adds A.I Meet You to your hand. Activate A.I Meet You and reveal Dark Templar to add Doyon to your hand. If you started with Pikari you reveal Heatsoul instead to add Achichi. Link summon Cyberse Wickid using Pikari and Dark Infant. Special summon the Doyon and add back the monster you normal summoned to your hand. Banish the Dark Infant to add Bururu to your hand. Link summon Splash Mage using Wiccid and Doyon. Special summon the Bururu and send Danmari to your graveyard from your deck. Use Splash Mage to revive back one of your monsters from your graveyard. Use all three monsters to Link summon Dark Templar. Special summon the monster you added back to your hand. Link it away for a second Dark Infant in the left most zone Templar points to. Dark Infant will move one zone to the left and change its attribute. Dark Templar will special summon Achichi, Pikari, and Doyon from your graveyard. Link away the Pikari and the Dark Templar to link summon Firewall Dragon to the zone Infant points to. Use Firewalls effect to add back the Pikari to your hand. Link away the Doyon and the Infant to summon Cyberse Witch to the right EMZ. Firewall will special summon the Pikari from your hand to the zone Witch points to. Witch will then banish the A.I Meet You from your graveyard to add Cyberse Sage and Cynet Ritual to your hand. Activate Cynet Ritual and sacrifice the Pikari to ritual summon Sage. Use Sages effect to banish Wiccid and Dark Infant from your graveyard to fusion summon Cyberse Disavewurm. Use Sage and Achichi to synchro summon Cyberse Integrator. Integrator revives the Bururu from your graveyard and Sage adds Pikari back to your hand. Use Disavewurms effect to special summon the Pikari and copy its level. XYZ summon Mathmech Alembertian using them both. Detach two materials to add Circular to your hand. Special summon circular by sending Nabla to your graveyard. Tribute Alembertian to revive the Nabla. Tribute Nabla to special summon the Diameter from deck. Circular adds Superfactorial to your hand. Link away Firewall, Diameter, and Nabla to summon Singularity to your middle monster zone. Link away the Alembertian and Circular to summon I:P to extra link your opponent. Singularity will then revive the Firewall from your graveyard to a zone it points to. Preferably the one on its right. Disavewurm is an Omni from grave. Danmari is a HRDA Abyss from grave. Superfactorial is live with three empty zones. Singularity has four bounces. Firewall has two bounces. I:P into S:P or Darkfluid. Depends on the person. Darkfluid has four counters which is four negates and a total attack of 13000. Singularity can also revive monsters during either players turn if something is removed. It has to be dealt with first. In total there are 13 interruptions off of this one card combo I created. You also use every summoning mechanic except Pendulum. Edit I forgot to mention that Integrator also lets you draw a card. This combo does use up all of your extra deck except for one card. That card is Heatsoul. It is needed to make Pikari a combo starter.

So there is this one friend that runs condemned witch on generaider. The theory? He normal summons her, gets fucking forbidden droplet then follows on the next turn tagging her out for loptr and having the entire generaider line turned on with droplet for the defensive play/interruption

In the early days of Raccoons, Junk Warrior was used as a big beatstick. What you would do is get a giant token from Sandayu, summon Junk Synchron, bring back one of the Baby Raccoons, Synch off into Junk Warrior which would have at least 1000 extra attack. Junk Synchron put in a lot of work back then because it could also summon Frozen Fitzgerald aka Armades at home because Armades was 50 bucks at the time.

Here is one, Crossout Designator can be used as a play starter in Ghoti by banishing a Paces/Shif on your turn so you can summon it in your opponents standby. It can also be used to vanish a monster so Nemeses Corridor can shuffle it back to summon itself, allowing you to go into Thunder Dragon Colossus.

Back before covid, I was obsessed with trying to make iblee work in Salad, but I don't have mining. The best thing I came up with was cynet backdoor banish balancer lord, add iblee then special via balancer's effect. Suffice to say, it was awful.

My favorite deck I've ever made myself was Snake-Eyes Labyrinth. While the deck space is incredibly tight, having a Big Welcome Lab on board, or even just available, provides so much flexibility it's not even funny. It lets you dodge Inperm and, believe it or not, 'returning to the hand' is another way for Poplar to be added to the hand, letting you special summon it for free without losing any presence on board. The extra Lab board presence is also just very overwhelming on top of normal SE plays- the additional pop comes in so often.

So my favorite syngery is that Dark Armed (the xyz) can be summoned by using any one lvl 5 or higher dark dragon monster... Including the second red eyes darkness metal dragon you search off of black metal dragon That is a xyz 7 with 1 material So if you then make Bardiche and send Raider's wing, setting PK rank up magic launch, you can detach the one material on dark armed with raider's wing and on your opponent's turn use rank up magic launch to summon kali yuga Also you can do this entirely with just a normal summon of black metal dragon, no extenders or anything needed

My favorite brew was a dumb chaos monarch deck around the time Inzektors came out. It played Dimensional Alchemist as a light level 4 to tune with Genex Ally Birdman into Genex Ally Triforce with an effect that can special summon a light from grave face-down for Ryko or the Alchemist you just used as synchro material (which if destroyed can get the Birdman back from banish). The deck also played Gravekeeper's Spy and Descendant, because 2k butts summoning other dudes made good Caius fodder, plus they could be used to synchro into Arcanite Magician. On top of all of that, Genex Ally Birdman could go with both Caius and Chaos Sorcerer in order to synchro out Locomotion R Genex, which caught basically everyone by surprise as a non-targeting theft of their biggest dude.

Mahaama the Fairy Dragon is a LV5 dragon. Meaning it works with Gaia the Fierce Knights archetype. This gives you an "in archetype" handtrap that lets you not only survive by healing and summoning a body, but it can deal enough damage to finish people off or bring them within easier OTK range. It is also not Once per Turn.

I've been trying to make a more consistent "Turn 1 option" for Ancient Warriors and have been trying to do so by mixing other easy to summon lvl 7's, which has been two archetypes, Kashtira's main engine (Fenrir, Unicorn, Birth, Field Spell, riseheart) and the lvl 7 Mekk-Knights. (I also added other easy to summon lvl 7's such as the thunder and the dinowrestler) The dream board is 2 burn dragons, double dragon lord, Don Ying and Lu Feng. And the most I've gotten to is 1 burn dragon, double dragon lord, don ying, and Lu Feng. And this has been a consistent deck going second too as I begin the turn by summoning Fenrir or xyz into burn dragon to make my opponent waste interruptions on it before OTKing them with Ancient Warriors like normal. If I don't draw into ancient warrior cards then I still with making kash combos or use the draw cards (Seven Sword, TT Talents/Thrust)

In Purrely I tinkered with a stupid strat where you use Fusion Armament revealing Exterio to summon Beast then banishing it with Plump to turn back on its effect.

Kinetic/Cipher Soldier + DNA Surgery was such an OP and toxic combo back in the school days. You effectively had a 3350 attack Level 3 monster that could walk over anything and if they even tried, you could always activate Gravity Bind/Level Limit - Area B to stop any of their Level 4+ monsters, equipped Mage Power/United We Stand stuff (because obviously nobody played removal, just big stat vanillas).

During tearlament format i was playing swordsoul with 3 d shifter and 3 small world. The combo was that if i opened small world or shifter i would do the standard combo then go for ruddy roae dragon to banish the graves and activate shifter. I would also search an extra trap to pitch with the lv6 so i could synchro into final sigma and end on a tower and shifter with destruction protection

have you ever heard chiper soldier? probably didn't. I played that in duel links when noble knights got released. thanks to spikeshield with chain adn DNA surgery AND the skill balance that deck was the nastiest otk deck I have ever played lol. I set 1 monster and 3 traps then pass, they do combo and attack my face down, I open spikeshield with chain then use the quickplay pell to drop their attack to 0 and they get like 8k damage for attacking a def position monster lol. it's that easy and so fun. I climbed legend with it but quit the game before reaching kog that season sadly

My synergy is that Kashtira Riseheart is both a Level 4 and a Level 7, so in a deck like Vaalmonica that can pendulum summon Riseheart to avoid the Xyz lock, you can use Riseheart as material for a Rank 7 monster like Odd-Eyes Absolute Dragon, link that away into Cross-Sheep, which then lets you cheat out Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon into a Sheep zone, which allows you to revive Riseheart and use him as either link material or a body for a Rank 4.

When I was a child, I had built trickstar Burn, but I was too poor for Droll. One of the techs I discovered was the continuous trap Greed, which inflicts 500 during the end phase for every card your opponent drew that turn. Which gave my shitty little trickstar burn deck a surprise way to threat game.

Fun fact: you can activate "summoning curse" so every time a monster(s) is special, the CONTROLLER have to banish a card in hand SO, you can give kaiju-like monsters to yor opponent to rip his hand while removing threaths on the field in the process

Because I'm not big brain enough to do proper Ogdoadic combos, I decided that my win condition for the deck needed to be a chungus snake. Use the Ogdoadics to mill the entire deck, then slap Evil Dragon Ananta onto the field because big numbers make my neurons do funny things.

If Card of Safe Return came off the ban list, it would be able to draw out the entire deck off of an Ogdoadic summon combo with with Snake Rain for a funny Exodia FTK. If you add the Horus cards it becomes even more consistent by both deck thinning with King's Sarcophagus and Imsetty as well as their summoning effects adding extra draws so you don't have to start with all three Card of Safe Return in hand, especially with Coach King Giantrainer as an extra 3 draws and Promethean Princess + Amblowhale giving another summon on your turn as well as 2 summons as interruption on the opponent's for another draw per Card of Safe Return you have gotten on board.

The Junk Warrior segment is actually meta in Edison. Frogs can't really access the Extra since Xyz don't exist so depending on the build you can either use ROTA or Sphere of Chaos to search Junk Synchron which lets you go into 5's or 6's after summoning Treeborn. Since Swap is level 2 Junk Warrior gets to 3300 with 1 Swap or 5300 with 3.

A silly one I put in my rescue Ace- Vanquish Soul - Mellfy- Bystial deck (AKA Racist Souls of the Fluffy Byeasts) is a one of penguin Soilder with a penguin Brave in the extra. Synch into brave on your opponents turn and then on a monster effect you can quick eff flip the penguin solder to bounce 2. Notably you could bounce bystials back or Vanquish Souls and then quick special them back or bounce hedgehog and then use finny for a later pop to dely an interaction

Since day one of Master Duel, I've been using Kaijus in my going second Mathmech decks. There are three different named Level 8 Kaijus who you can use to easily get to Final Sigma with any of the tuners, and they conveniently all have 3k or less attack, so you can OHKO with an attack from Final Sigma when sending Multiplication with Billionblade after giving one to your opponent. The biggest downside is they shut off Transcode's effect, and can't be summoned after using Splash Mage. I still feel I won far more matches by being able to tribute away an opponents monster than I lost because I couldn't use Transcode to get to Accesscode.

I was still playing basically playground Yugioh at the time, which let me get away with this: Performapal Stamp Turtle stun. Basically, you would simply open Stamp Turtle and a bunch of stun cards. Summon the turtle and another monster, and stay alive with cards like swords of revealing light, swift scarecrow, and other stuff. I would do this until I had 4 level 10 monsters, (for reference, Stamp Turtle has an effect that lets it increase the levels of up to 2 monsters on the field by 1) make 2 Gustavs and kill my opponent because we only played with 4k life points. I can't recall this ever winning in an actual game, it was usually Exodia, if anything, because I put that in every single deck I made, no matter what (it says "win the game" you'd be a FOOL not to). Looking back on it, all my decks really were just Exodia stun, huh.

a few days ago i realised Geo gremlina and Asila piscu synergise in funny ways, summon asila piscu, and fusion it off with a dark for a gremlina, asila piscu nukes the field and then gremlina's burn procs since it was a destruction via EB monster, other funny combos with red nova like using 1 red nova to pitch the other red nova to summon asila piscu and then during your opponent's turn you essentially have a quick effect raigeki that also special summons Red nova dragon
