McDonalds really needs to thank you for what you're doing for sales with your channel. It's more effective than any ad campaign as far as I'm concerned, and they're not paying a dime for it.

Stephen, when a good employee has a long experience like you, it looks so calm and harmonious when you work. But it goes so incredibly fast! You have time to put the cheese always right. fold the paper into the bagels right, it looks so easy when you do this! Watching you and your videos while you work is so soothing to the soul! If I were a young person, after viewing these videos, I would have loved to work at McDonald's doing what you do. Thank you for the videos, and my hope is the Corporate side of McDonald's views these fantastic videos. I love your dedication, professionalism, and care in interacting in this beautiful store with other employees who seem just as dedicated and professional as you.

It would be cool to see the cooking side more. Before seeing an older video, I thought the eggs were cooked in a factory. But seeing some of the other stuff, like hotcakes and mc griddles, being made would be interesting. This was one of the few videos I had some McDonald's to eat while watching.

hotcakes are microwaved and griddles are put in the oven. both are pre made :)

@@trumanbadra8003 That's what I was afraid of. He hasn't shown much of the prep part, but the order filling is still interesting. Lots of the precooked stuff is for efficiency and consistency.

@@webluke yeah the only fresh (nonfrozen) food made in the grill area are the round white eggs and the quarter pounder. As a bonus quarter pounders are also always cook to order

I wish McDonald's would bring back all day breakfast, sometimes I want a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle but I never get there before they stop serving breakfast, if that's the case, I go to Jack In The Box but I still like McDonald's breakfast more

Sometimes they have extra if you miss the cutoff time, you just need to order it in person and ask them. But I agree, it was the best day ever when they made breakfast available anytime then the worst day ever when they retracted it.

Think they’re made first thing in the morning and just thrown in the warmer. That’s why you can’t customize them.

The other side is identical to the side he’s on. There are grills and deep fryers on both sides and prep stations (where he’s at).

@@tacticalterry52 The grills are only on one side not both. He does his videos at two different stores, one (the one where most of his videos are shot) have the grills and (chicken & filet ) fryers are on the same side as the fry station and the other has them on the opposite side of the prep table.

Those are a separate item called the big breakfast it includes ba sausage pattie an order of scrambled eggs, which are bigger than the folded. A biscuit and a hash brown

My favorite breakfast is hotcakes and sausage or bacon. My favorite lunch order is a Big Mac, medium fries and a large Diet Coke. Sometimes a pie thrown in too.

Breakfast: Biscuit with cracked egg (NOT that folded scrambled egg), sausage, and canadian ham, cheese. Lunch/Supper: A quarter pounder patties, lettuce, cheese, onions and McMac sauce, medium fries and Orange HiC drink. I enjoyed the video!

I always get my Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagel with no onions. It looks like all your steak in the tray already has onions. Do you pick the onions off? Make a new one with no onions? Or is there some pre-made without onions?

I've watched a lot of your videos. Super interesting. You're ripping through trays left and right. Who are you talking to when you pull out and announce empty trays? Is there a line cook(s) preparing those trays? How long does prepping a fresh tray of burgers or hot cakes, or folded eggs, anything else take? How many of an item does a tray usually hold?

Back in 2008 MC was my first job in the business. It was tough and stressful and way too underpaid lol I think I earned about €7,30 taxes excluded; you literally had nothing left 😂 still I never stopped working in the hotel/restaurant business and I’m proud ❤
