Basically nobody uses the Carmine Penta because: - If you just want a Penta, you build the normal Penta - If you want the best Penta, you get the Secura Penta

The other 5 people from that 0.02% usage probably used it just for the magazine meme (the model actually shows more grenades the higher magazine capacity you have, I believe highest one I saw was 20)

Bigger doesn't always mean better ~ Carmine Penta

My biggest problem with it is it's considered a higher tier than the secura Penta in Duviri, so if you have both and your random weapon rolls land you a Penta, you'll always end up with carmine over secura, which I really really really wish they'd fix.

The only point of this gun is to get a magazine size riven and make the longest magazine ever in the game since the gun model's magazine scales with mods.

I think I know one of the few people that use this, and he uses it for the meme value of maximum ammo (the graphic of the too long ammo case under the Carmine Penta). Maybe I will get this for the mastery and "flex". As always, a fun video! Keep up the great work and take care!

I LOVE my Secura Penta. With the Napalm augment and a Riven is amazing. When Carmine was announced I was happy! and then I checked the farm... and the stats... and the riven disposition Can you believe no one wanted this?!

Use any penta with mags bubble and dont detonate it, then detonate the orb after a few seconds. Assuming im remembering right and it still works it makes the bubble scale really high really fast for some reason.

If you put magazine increases on it you’ll see a visual longer mag size on the weapon

its just excess mr fodder carried over from the chinaframe build, along with cadus and prisma machete. it was quite old in that build too. At least it looks shiny and goes goofy with magazine cap reflected in the actual model

Look, all I know is my mag size on mine is 34 because of a riven and every magazine size mod available. It's bigger than most syandana. I love it dearly. It sucks ass though and basically requires the nightwave mod that hasnt made a resurgence at all in a while.

Thankfully there's enough stuff in the game now you don't need to farm this out unless you're going for absolute completion, and I'll be happy once I hit MR 30 (no more missing 2 points of capacity when I forma out a new piece of gear). Just another MR fodder weapon like so many others and not even an easy to acquire one.

Always liked to use tether grenades on interceptions. It’s a shame they have a cap on amount of grenades

Fun lil thing about the Penta, so long as you don't use the alf-fire and have punch through, I *believe* that the grenades will persist indefinitely in a Mag bubble! I say believe because this was tech from a long while ago, and CERTAINLY isn't necessary nowadays, so I'm not sure if it still exists!

I was one of the 0.2 usage of whatever it was cause I leveled it for MR last year lol.

In my arsenal, I color a weapon all red when it's too bad to be worth using. How convenient this one comes like that out of the box.

It's just a lower power more boom grenade launcher with decent ammo, it's made for infested as shown i guess...

I swear last year harpak was the lowest used weapon now it's not got 4x more usage than quite a few weapons. We love the harpak

the problem with the riven disposition is they manually handle it instead of it being based on real usage. DE created a system they don't want to maintain.

Bruh.mp4 I just did my 2nd ever survival lvl cap solo run (murmur tileset) with *MODDED* BLAST/RADIATION/TOXIC Secure Penta, *WITHOUT* armor stripping from ANY source and via using Mag (2nd ability, 400% str). Took me 12,5h with 4 long pauses in-between, but damn the penta-weapon class itself can shred enemies specifically only in Mag's bubble, since the damage comes directly from collision damage of the grenades and NOT from manually detonating the them. They can and will also proc status effects (toxin dots and slash procs from hunter munitions + internal bleeding mods).

Use hunter munitions and Napalm grenades with viral and crit mods.....it works everywhere....least effective on corpus.....can't fit on the big AOE mod unless you ditch hunter munitions. If you can get a riven with crit chance and base damage you can leave off serration this let's you double stack crit chance for way more slash procs..... slash viral and heat with scaling multishot might be the best damage combo in Warframe Either this or slash, viral, and toxin.... especially with high fire rate.... Toxic procs drop off quick but if you stack em high enough it can kill any enemy in the game regardless of shields or overguard....it just squeezes by any defense 😅

The only reason to get is is mastery rank exp.

Its got the funny aspect of a visually represented magazine, so you can make it look silly with magazine boosting mods. Since you're looking at low use weapons, i saw Mutilist Quanta (Bursting mass is interesting) and Paracyst (the fully infested one)? Those could make for some fun builds!

But the MR, though.

Every now and again I’m reminded that sometimes DE is absolutely ZOOMED OUT when they make weapons. This is a perfect example. DE WHAT ARE YOU DOING. BUFF IT.

The lower disposition part annoyed me. It is like they deliberately did it because it is higher version of the base one.
