@@Hiperro5578 It can not be S tier since most builds won t use it just for how weird it is to activate. Its not worth using except for Exodia contagion Styanax4 and maybe NUllstar nukebuild.

You're forgiven - the mod's description does not match its effect. "Increases weapon damage" it says and yet doesn't work on melee weapons and does work on a lot of abilities. You'd be right if the description was accurate. Yay for bugs that are features but you have to know someone who knows someone to know its not behaving as intended.

Arcane arachne is multiplicative with exodia which is a pretty good damage increase for one of the strongest "weapons" in the game

Arcane Pistoleer is actually pretty decent on Titania. Especially when you’re doing The Circuit, she can’t get ammo efficiency from rolling without it being extremely clunky, so not having to worry about your absurdly high fire rate is pretty nice.

thanks for doing this, it's a lot of work. I think you skipped a few though (apart from the new melee arcanes): Virtuos Strike, Magus Nourish + (more recent, probably too recent for you to include) Arcane Power Ramp, Primary Blight, Akimbo Slip Shot and Secondary Outburst

All the molt arcanes are easily A tier man. Molt Efficiency is really really good on frames who have free will to generate shields on the go. Harrow, Protea or heck even Hildryn (if you want more Blazing Pillage procs) have more uptime on their abilities for just slotting it in. In fact, since I don't have Arcane Energize due to the ridiculousness of its pricing, I even slot it on Saryn and it's basically free +toxic lash and spores duration. And now onto Molt Reconstruct... This arcane is a match made in heaven for Garuda. Off course when you using Gloomruda, it's useless but other than that Garuda has really good synergies with many other Helminth abilities for absurd DPS like Nourish, Breach Surge, Roar, or even Xata's Whisper for some stupid shenanigans. And in that case, you essentially replace her healing ability (Blood Altar) for another free on the go heal with 0 downside. You literally gain all your HP in cast of Bloodletting, and between all your abilities i-frames (Dread Mirror, Seeking talons, damage reduction from your own shield), Molt Reconstruct is your gateway to infinite energy-HP regen and is not a meme at all.

If you lose shields doesn't it instantly reset to 0? That means you have to wait 6 more seconds to get the full effect again. Seeing as losing your shields to gain temporal invulnerability is arguably the best form of survivability currently, this is hard to slot in generally. Any frame that has invis or other ways of not losing their shields (which isn't that many tbh), can slot this in if they want duration.

@@semtexagon Garuda uses it, by casting 3 you get energy and by casting 4 you get the health back from the 3's cost. Not exactly meta but it is there

@@semtexagon breachruda uses molt reconstruct because for obvious reasons garuda doesn't need arcane energize and molt reconstruct takes the slot because its an ability spam build you press 3 to gain energy for the cost of health then you use breach surge and seeking talons to kill and gain the health back with molt reconstruct

@@semtexagon it is literally meta on any non gloom build for garuda, which are basically all the builds that go for ability DPS with a DPS rather than a healing helminth. you get infinite eneregy from using 3, and you get the healing from using "whatever helminth you use besides gloom" + 4, which can be anything from breech surge, thermal sunder, nourish, roar.....

I think pistoler is pretty useful on titania, especially with full fire rate mods on her dex pixias, c teir was a little low imo. And the arcane that gives 120 fire rate to pistols basically makes her dps endgame level without needing razorwing blitz.

You're wrong about molt reconstruct. It goes on garuda. Spend health to get energy with her 3. Cast any ability and nearly full heal as the arcane also heals yourself. She has infinite energy due to that arcane. Combine that with her breach surge build and she's in a very good spot as a frame.

@@AR_3211 I would guess an energy max and health shard, but that's not nearly enough to replace reconstruct. a much better argument against reconstruct is using gloom because blood altar is super replicable. So really it's the choice between a different helminth or another arcane

Arcane Arachne: Some Warframe Abilities count as Weapons (like Styanax 4) and can be buffed by this additively BEFORE getting a multiplicactive Bonus from Power Strength. Arcane Blessing: Health Tanking Builds are fine for base steel path, and anything about 80% of the community will ever see of endurance missions, as a C rotation is a C rotation, no matter if it happens after 20 minutes, or 2 hours and 20 minutes. Arcane Blessing is a flat amount of Health, so it will give you more HP on the 225-300 health base HP frames than even a build with 2 Umbral Mods, 1 being Vitality, plus it enables Health Tanking Builds with no HP mod slotted if you need the space for other things. Arcane Pistoleer: any rapid fire non incarnon secondary on Yareli, practically mandatory, especially with how her buffed fire rate messes with any secondary's ammo economy. situationally for "never need to wait for recharge" on Titania's Dex Pixia. Arcane Precision: Exalted Secondaries can't use Weapon Arcanes, so..... Titania - Dex Pixia, Mesa - Regulators

I am just gonna say it, using the glaive secondary amp even in SP circuit, I can usually rez of the kills I get from spamming secondary fire. I believe it is the unairu wayward unbound passive that enables this. This method has saved me many a time, when I just wasnt paying attention for a bit. I forget what arcanes I used on my kitgun, but I believe they were fairly cheap.

I use Serration/Hornet Strike only when I have the space and in place for the better option of using a prime faction damage mod as I am too fucking lazy and will always be forgetting to switch my build for the correct faction. So to avoid the headache I will just use the damage mod to avoid the hassle at the cost of not getting best damage possible.

Interesting thing about the cascadia empowered is the turbo stacking of status procs. Fire in particular taking damage for the stack from the first proc even after it expires (or atleast seams too) makes building a turbo stacking fire gun doable and a primer for very high fire damage on the first proc makes it ridiculous. Couple of fun builds there.

Secondary shiver on a frost built for the augment that increases damage on enemies with cold procs....put it on a beam weapon wirh either a wide hitbox or the ability to chain from target to target.....that would be A use for it.

Avanger does do something for red crit weapons because ther are more crit tiers after red crits but those dont have a unique color to them, even though that a survivability arcane is better for most builds.

@@semtexagon you can actually test if tier 4,5,6 and so on work with kullervo. His 1 works like avenger so you can get to 300 cc easily. So what you can do is test the damage it does with 300cc vs for example with 500cc. From what I have seen the additional crit chance actually does boost the damage

I've got a build that gives my Trinity 99.99724266% Damage reduction, which is enough to turn 1 million incoming damage down to 27.5 damage. Quite fun when you just need to afk and / or just get a bit lazy.

Molt vigor + augmented is really good on long snapshot abilities such as wisp fused reservoir. Those motes take my wisp at base health to 2000 with madurai. The attack speed buff is also insane as you can imagine

is there a list please? I will watch this later, but would just like to see a list for now. Basically I'm trying to get quick knowledge on whether or not there are any stand out melee weapon, arcanes. I just came back to the game after a 5 year hiatus, so having to do a crash course. I have some nice arcanes, but I have nothing for melee yet. Went to go shopping with the bit of plat I have, and with Arcane prices dropping after the new update, it's a good time to invest (at least as a returning player that needs to catch up and get geared up to take on the new challenges. I won't have access to a lot of stuff by farming for a while, so turning plat into gear is the best bet for me)

Really good reviews but Arcane Healing does deserve a tiny bit of love. Radiation status doesn't happen often, but when it does (Aka radiation sorties or lich hunts) your summons WILL kill you, your teammates or the target.

Molt reconstruct is quite strong on Garuda. Her 3 gives her free energy at the cost of half her HP, and you cannot recast it if at 2 hp or lower. However with molt reconstruct you can instantly get said HP back by doing any other ability. This grants her infinite energy, and allows for builds that do not subsume a healing ability. It additionally allows her to run negative eficiency as energy is free so it doesnt matter. You could use operator arcanes to heal yourself as well but going in and out of operator is annoying to me. And also worthless if you do run some healing helminth like gloom.

I think the mentality with steadfast should go as follow you use cheap abilities till you proc the arcane then cast expensive abilities for free. For example I like to use arcane Steadfast on Gauss. His mach rash is cheap to cast and even cheaper during redline. I spam his mach rush till I proc steadfast at which point I use quicky cast thermal sunder three times due to his redline speeding up casting speed. This is combination with a Epitath heat inherit primer, archon vitality, and thermal transfer augment. Allow for decent nuke sets without having redline built up all the way.

Maybe it is 3%for every point of shield? I’ve done programming before and that seems like the scuffed shenanigans that could happen if I had programmed it, even at 100 shields the chances of it occurring just once is pretty high, and once activated the regen increasing the shields going up against the constant damage decreasing the sheilds and proccing the arcane makes a practically infinite loop which normally would be inconsistent as even one fail would instantly kill you but shield gating gives enough of a grace window that it is not a problem

Video was good and had some information that I didn't know but here are some things which were on my mind when i finally finished watching - Arcane blade chargers duration is really bad making it not that useful as it is quite annoying to manager a buff that u can only see in the top right of the screen that lasts for a short period of time - don't use arcane rise for eidolons it gives less damage than arcane rage and also it is easier and more consistent to proc arcane rage using you melee (vastilok) or a secondary and hitting the eidolons head - arcane tempo is nice for certain shotguns because you have a lot of pellets all doing crit so it will consistently proc free up a mod slot - molt vigor isn't good in eidolons because u really only have one flex slot for arcanes on your warframe since you are always using nulifier in most cases and there are far better replacements such as guardian, energize, or rage and a few others depending on your build - emergence dissipate has a cooldown of 1.5 sec so you can't spam it anymore - fractalized reset is good in eidlons for rubico and vectis and maybe some other weapons as you have no way to build up the other arcanes so this is a pretty good choice in eidolons

Arcane tempo: there are barely any shotguns that want fire rate. And those that would do well like Kohm just run out of ammo even faster. Molt vigor does something unique no other arcane can do. Just because you wouldn t use it does not mean it is bad. (Although it kinda is i guess) fractalized reset why would you need reload speed? (Its good on vectis but I have never seen a vectis in eidolon hunt ever!) Although you are right there is nothing better currently. ( I assume you can not charge primary frostbite on the eidolon)

@@satoutatsuhiro866 - what you said about arcane tempo i would agree now that i think about it more - fractalized reset is used a lot on vectis and rubico mainly for people that build combo for the final damage multiplier - u can proc primary frostbite using weapons that force proc cold and the same for all the others ones that need an element to build however the problem is that it goes away to fast due to the short duration

i use both guardian and reaper on my rhino combined with the helminth ability that strips you're shields and converts it to armour - plus mod for strength and shields and armour - to give rhino 100,000 of armour from casting iron skin. Great fun

I am pretty sure unless I am doing something wrong that Shotgun Vendetta is better in almost every single situation than any of the other shotgun arcanes. 1) Its easier to proc, as you noted with a situation like the archon hunt 2) Your diminishing returns when comparing doesn't favor merci/deadhead 3) It has a generally more useful secondary effect

Missing some arcanes. Primary Blight for example is not in the list. I am guessing these single element arcanes are going to become more useful probably in future, now that DE is looking into the status effects. What they are doing to cold this week, is pretty good. 50% more additive critical damage, with slow cap increased to 90%.

I love the new status changes BUT is it really worth using cold for +50% crit damage when you could get 75% more damage with corrosive vs grineer for example? I think you will still only go for cold if you want the slow.

you can avoid running nullifier by just getting on a k-drive, you'll be immune to the magnetic waves. Pretty convenient and then you can run something else

Getting on k-drive will also routinely make you stuck on it or fall through the map (in my experience)

Arcane bodyguard needs to revive the companion after death. It would still be sh** but at least it wouldn't be worthless. Pack leader and healing link, literally free heals both ways. Also you must not have tried pistoleer on titania. You basically become a mobile attack chopper minus the blades.

* You encounter radiation procs very often in sorties (it's one of the modifiers), and a radiation proc can cause you to instantly one shot an objective like in a mobile defense mission. So the arcane is pretty much essential for some of the content in the game. * Toxin damage also ignores shields, not just toxin procs.

if you are solo just don t get rad proced / aim at the def target. If you are in a group your teammates will not run the arcane and kill the def target anyway. I think toxin/gas damage is VERY rare and enemies usually do poison/gas clouds which give you procs without damage.

Irrelevant, I use loki for most sortie missions and never take a lick of damage. For mobile defense you can just use limbo, gara, frost, etc. and afk.

I actually use "Arcane Ice" on my super squishy Xaku, cause he dies in SP in like 2-3 Heat Procs and I´m to lazy to use Rolling Guard. xD "Arcane Pistoleer" can be good, but only one scenario comes to my mind and that is a SP Titania Circuit Build (yes it works on Dex Pixia.)

it you have a secondary that can reliably kill on headshot, you can quick swap to your primary and the ammo efficiency remains. you can turn a tonkor into a pseudo grattler, or an orgris that does the same.

Arcane blessing is so useful in frames that can generate health orbs because it frees up a mod slot now you can have more utility or stronger abilities without worrying about not having enough health that’s why it’s useful

In low to medium level stuff though it isn't really needed because other arcanes are just better to the point where there is no reason to replace vitality with it. Not only that, but, if you are at the point where you can farm it then not only do the previous issues still apply where you have better stuff, but late game high level content you are going to be relying on shield gating. . . Which means more health is basically useless because you are at the point where you need shield gating to not get one shot anyways. The only reason it would ever be useful is because of a meme "I HAS TONS O HEALTH" build lol.

@@empiyrr2133 not really the case here, dmg arcanes replace dmg mods so you can add another multiplier (faction mods) or utility without losing much dmg. Or you can have dmg mods and get arcane like primary plated rounds to get better final dmg. In any case, having both dmg mods and dmg arcane actually diminishes your dmg

Something I don't get is why they don't buff the things that are clearly useless and they just leave it in that state for years. You don't even need to fully rework a lot of it, just switch around the numbers a bit so it's useful. . .

arcane acceleration in the same tier as arcane phantom is quite ridiculous, the benefit of acceleration isnt solely the added fire rate but more the option to free a mod slot on the weapon, like this can be the difference between being able to fit viral + hunter munitions (or other good combinations) or not. And arcane (toxin) resistance should also be higher imo, at least for higher lvl content since basically no build can survive a random one hit through shield. Although it probably isnt as important as before cause of the new last grasp operator passive. And exodia triumph should be at least a little higher due to the undeniable usefulness in stacking combo for exalted weapons or stat stick (which you should kinda appreciate since garas shards scale with dmg and stats of shattered lash) And primary dexterity is also very much used in disruptions, melee for fast fodder clear and big single hit primaries/secondaries with already stacked base dmg for demolysts without the nullify aura problem youd have with melee dps

Arcane resistance doesn’t stop toxin damage itself from ignoring shields to hurt your health, it only prevents the status effect itself. Given that I think B tier is too high. If it protected from both I think it would be good in B tier.

I find arcane trickory goes off way more than 15% of the time....i use it with Baruuk's helmenth ability and its augment to just finisher kill everything with ultimatum and trickery.....im always doing finishers and have invisibility abd the armor buff up almost all the time.

Arcane Ice is not bad. When you run a Warframe that relies on invisibility the eximus can kill you quite often. Are other arcanes generally more useful? Yes but it does have a use.

Well, hornet strike is mathematically bad with weapon arcanes, we all know it, but it makes weapons more comfort to use in most scenarious. With hornet strike(or primary mod i dont know how its called) its a lot easier so stack this arcanes and in 95% of the content you will drop some or all stacks because you will be moving. Yes, even on survival mission. So yes, its not mathematically correct choise, but if you even 5% human you can consider sacrifising efficiency for comfort. Like people who dont use faction mods, because its incovenient to constantly change it.

There is also the problem that most endgame content is in the void, meaning faction mods are mostly worthless vs. a flat damage buff for everything. It doesn't matter if you're able to kill one faction but everything else is taking reduced damage.

you use arcane strike in a Escalibur Umbra Build with gloom,this way you can use the healing effect of gloom more effectively and with Arcane Guardian this is pretty good survival,now put Hunter adrenaline/Rage and boom pretty good build other then that...Arcane Fury is better

Cascadia Empowered is pretty awful on most weapons, but is the best possible choice specifically on the Kompressa. Because of its combination of high fire rate, innate 4.0 multishot, damage on contact + explosion, and innate Viral, Empowered is FANTASTIC because you can get the Holy Trinity of Viral/Corrosive/Heat all in one. Empowered's 750 damage is mostly awful, until you strip their armor with a weapon that can vomit individual damage numbers like Kompressa. It actually does quite well in the Steel Chart from what I hear.

29:59 infestation are, corpus, or still annoying as they have a lot more AOE’s than griener and the dreaded nufflier there’s a reason nobody does 4+ hour corpus survival or infestation survival because toxin damage is absolutely dreadful and so we’re nullifer add face value. The grenier only seem like the toughest enemy but mechanically, they are the easiest to deal with as there saving grace for being talentless, is their massive health pools

You can just use silence and they’ll never bother you with any of there abilities again at all. Don’t waste a arcane slot just a deal with one particular unit that appears every once in a while even so it’s so easy to get energy in warframe, that the magnetic pulse isn’t that big of an issue and is also very easily avoidable as it has a start up timer The effect is also purposefully weaker because it spawns on you

It's 45% on top of your flat. Example: 30% base crit chance weapon + 200% crit chance mod = 90% crit + 45% avenger crit = 135% crit chance. Avenger is always added last as a flat crit chance. It doesn't add to your base.
