The injectors have been removed and there is air in the fuel system so I need to vent out the high pressure pipes to start up the engine.

Hi Tino Due to your three fine videos about the injection nozzle removal, checking and refitting, I did the same with my MD2020. So great and instructive videos you do! Thanks a lot. You have made many excellent videos about both the basic and more advanced maintenance of your engine❗️ ...however, in the capital area, I paid 1450 kr/230 $ for the cleaning and checking the opening pressure of the nozzles at a minor Bosch Car Service Center - quite a different price than yours in Randers 😳😄

Three good videos on the injectors Tino. Bravo. I'm sure mine have never been checked/cleaned and my boat is 12 years old. Another item on the 'to do' list. Thanks.

Thanks :) - If your exhaust elbow is nice and clean inside I don't think it is necessary to check the injectors, but if you get problems with carbon buildup and reduced waterflow I would check the injectors.

Tino, the Alarm is the voltage. it is to low in the beginning. just give it some more rpm's and it is fine

The impeller was dismounted at the test run, the cover for the pump was also mounted so the smoke from the exhaust didn't go into the cabin.

Your engine chatters like mine, it was fully reconditioned and I was concerned it had run a bearing , at idle it makes odd clicking noises , any idea why ?

Volvo just has that noise.
