Well he has been playing the doctor on big finish for many years, there are so many audios, that would explain why he has "slipped back" into the character.

Dates would have been good. I reckon we might have another month to wait for those.

@@TurtleDustin I don’t see any reason why they wouldn’t. They often drop new episodes of their own stuff in the middle of the night.

@@TurtleDustinWe got the 50th Anniversary the exact same time it was released in the UK. The whole world did, it broke multiple records and still holds the title for being the only show/movie/event that was released worldwide and shown on TV and movie theaters all at the exact same time it did in the UK. There’s no reason that they won’t do something similar again (probably not on the scale they did regarding the 50th as that took them years to put that together too make sure that nobody got to see it beforehand and no leaks or spoilers was given.) but I can see them releasing it at the same time it airs in the UK around the world again just minus the theatrical releases at all hours around the clock. I’ve not seen any mention of these having theatrical releases. (Some UK theaters and maybe some of ours here in the states might show the episodes on the big screen like has happened with a handful of episodes in the past outside the 50th. But not be simulcast like the 50th was!)

Well welcome to the fandom. How far have you got through the ones you bought?

I am just starting season four. I am looking forward to and dreading some upcoming episodes. I have seen bits and pieces of many of the stories here on you tube and read many plot explanations on line. But I need to pick up the pace. I just am not looking forward to so much heart break. It ripped out my heart when Rose got left behind, even though I know something good comes her way. David leaves, Matt comes in....I am warned of genocide and touching moments with van Gogh, and my god, the speeches that Capaldi gives just floors me! And just an FYI, I am an old women. @@CulturePhilter

@@CulturePhilter hopefully not. But, if you replay the clip, just as Ncuti is shown, you can hear a gasp from a voice that sounds much like Jodie

@@TheLibrarianOG1that gasp sound was this guys little girl inhaling through her nose. I’ve rewatched the trailer multiple times with and without headphones and can’t hear any gasping sounds, just the sounds that start at the beginning of a regeneration.

I don’t agree that the last era was bad overall. I enjoyed a lot of it. But I do agree that this looks to be on a whole other level, and even from anything we’ve seen from RTD before in Who.
