One of the cardinal rules of comedy is never to wear a joke thin. Regina already had had a screaming scene when she discovered she had been fooled into eating them. Trying to coax yet another shock out of Regina is lazy writing. Good thing it was deleted.

Zahra Akbar Because although entertaining, it wouldn't fit. The audience is left to believe that when Cady went to Regina's house, it was to apologize to her. This scene doesn't at all work with Cady's whole making amends plot line by having her just run off. Also Regina already screamed about the kalteen bars before so it wouldn't really have been that funny if it made it into the film.
