MEAT IN JAR
For the preserves we are going to need chicken meat, beef and pork in the necessary quantities. The seasonings are to taste and very varied, I have used peppercorns, ground chili, bay leaf, rosemary and salt, but you can use the seasonings that you prefer.
"Adding 2 tablespoons of wine or alcohol vinegar to each jar, you will obtain a very rich marinade that will also contribute to long-term conservation"
The way to prepare it is simple and you just have to follow the steps.
✅IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE JARS ARE NEW AND SUITABLE FOR THE PRESERVATION OF EDIBLES.
If they are recycled, like mine, be careful that neither the jar nor the lid are damaged, because they will not seal.
First we sterilize the jars and lids.
There are two ways to sterilize the jars, either we boil them for about 15 minutes or after washing them we put them in the oven and put the oven at 150 degrees also for about 15 minutes (we do not preheat the oven!)

✅ STORAGE: at a temperature not exceeding 10 degrees it can be kept for 1 year.
Many houses have cool basements (on the ground). We store there.
👀 ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT THEY ARE HOMEMADE PRESERVES WITHOUT ADDITIVES OR ARTIFICIAL PRESERVATIVES, THEREFORE TAKE ALL THE PRECAUTIONS OF THE CASE!!!!! 👀

✅ Jar lids must be tightly closed! Air must never enter!
✅ Storage conditions must be correct.
In hot climates, find the coolest place in the house.
❗❗❗ Not following all instructions may damage the product.
When placing the jars in the pot they must be completely covered with water.
When taking the temperature (after about 5/10 minutes) of the jars, no bubbles should come out. If this happens it would mean that it is not closed properly. you have to take it out of the water and retighten the cap or change it for a new one. If it repeats, definitively discard the bottle.
The preserves prepared in this way can last without a refrigerator from 6 to 12 months and more, everything will depend on the quality of the sterilization and the correct vacuum sealing of the jars. (Keep in a dry and cool place)
✅NEVER CONSUME A HOME OR COMMERCIAL PRESERVE IF WHEN OPENING IT FOR THE FIRST TIME, IT IS FOUND WITH A LOOSE OR SWOLLEN LID OR WITH THE PRESENCE OF GASES INSIDE IT. THE LID SHOULD BE "SUCKING VACUUM".
ONCE OPENED, KEEP IN A REFRIGERATOR AND DO NOT KEEP MORE THAN 3 DAYS.
